It’s my 2nd time here this year and I stayed for 2 weeks. I love the location, and the service staffs were very friendly.
Downside:
1) They do not have USB port and 1 of the 3 power points outlets was not working. I hope they can install USB outlets for more convenient usage.
2) The host next to the washlet leaked after 2 use. After servicing, it worked for 2 days, the host started to leak again. The housekeeper put towels on the floor to absorb the water during housekeeping, after 2 days, they repaired the fault during housekeeping and all was good.
Overall, I still like the place very much and I’ve already booked for my next trip which will happen in 3 months time.

We enjoyed our stay in Novotel. The location is very near to BTS Siam. Near to all amenities & shopping mall. Our kids enjoy the breakfast, and the varieties will change daily. We will come back again soon.

Great location. Next to Siam BTS station. Walking distance to Siam Paragon, Central World, MBK.
Great breakfast with many types of food & beverages.

Extremely good location, with massage place and Siam paragon literally opposite. However hotel is already dated and old with the tv was not working during our stay. Buffet breakfast is quite limited however the the price u can’t complained as it is value for money

Nothing change, no update, feedback doesn’t take action, remind same full of mold inside Toliet.. bye bye Novotel. You make me very disappointed with my more than 10 years stay with you.

Location was great, many amenities n access to malls n bts was easy. Erawan shrine was just a 10mins walk away. The staffs was kind enough to let me check in about 4hours early n free upgrade of our room too. Their staffs is friendly n always greet us with a smile, although the building looks old but is very clean n interior looks great!

Good to stay on a work trip.
Within walking distance from Siam BTS station.
Breakfast buffet has sufficient variety.
Scrambled egg is delicious!
Noodle soup is great for the first meal of the day
