Enjoy staying there. I spent for 4 nights and everything was nearly great. The hospitality is warm welcoming.staff is well prepared trained to offer great service. They are good in English, flexi, helpful. Room is clean, Bed is comfortable, facilities is top notch. Amenities is available at check in lobby. Breakfast is good as well. Beside, they offer 2 cup of ice americano. However, the room is narrow, heigh is about 2.5 meters height which I don’t like. Less space for big luggage. Breakfast is with few optionals dishes. Coffee cup is suck. Btw, still recommend for a try. Also well check the curtains as well. Beside there is other branch at Chinatown ( Yaowarat ) which is offer great service to stay more :)

Nice place with clean room. Just little small room but still sufficient space. Toothbrush can leave in room rather than need to collect from receptionist. Hamlet was good with band

I loved my stay. I think it is one of those things where the characteristics of the hotel has to match travellers’ expectations. The staff are super friendly and would greet you whenever they get a chance. To sum up, It is a no frills hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There’s bars and nightlife in the area but it is more suited to travellers that value quietness than the hustle and bustle that Bangkok has to offer. However, like all things good. There’s a con if you can put up with the poor insulation system. There’s sewage smell in the lift, walkway and sometimes coming out of the aircon. Somehow I managed to get used to it. Some might not.

I had a great stay here... Easy access, 3 mins walking to Saint Louis BTS. 2 mins to 7-11. Clean room. Smart TV. Minimalist. Amenities can be taken in the reception area if you needed... Comfortable bed and pillow... The highlight probably the service. Great job to all the friendly employees...

Small cosy hotel. First day, room was not cleaned up. Did not know it was mandatory to leave the “make up room” sign on for them to clean my room. Third day, they forgot to clean the toilet. Not sure if the cleaning staff are overworked or what. That being said, would like to commend the breakfast staff for helping me to takeaway my food at short notice because I had to rush for business meeting.

Booked the biggy bunk bed room and it's one of my best de cisions of my trip. The room was clean, bright and modern with very thoughtful design and good use of space. I loved how there are plenty of spots to hang clothes and that they labelled the switches clearly - simple details missing in many hotels. The toilet is separated from the shower. We could use the sink while someone was bathing/using the toilet since the door is 90% opaque - lots of time saved. There's an additional door to separate the toilet from the bedroom, which is also useful to hide the full-length mirror facing the beds. Universal plus + usb ports were everywhere around the room. Space was also ample for 3-4 pax. Complimentary welcome drinks (coffee/tea) was also served, redeemable at their bar or breakfast place. Hotel is super close to bts (3mins walk) and had plenty of interesting restaurants and cafes around. Would recommend Luka Cafe, just 5mins walk from hotel :) I also love that the hotel is facing a huge road (but not main road so it's not noisy), not a shady alley. If there's anything to complain, I would say the check in process was quite troublesome. They had self-check in counters but require staff to help us check in, and each of us had to take turns to key in our details even though we stayed in the same room. The area where we checked in was quite narrow and we had bulky baggages since it was the leg of our trip, so it was quite a hassle. Their beds were a little too soft for my liking too, but okay for my friends. Overall, a 11/10 experience, would love to stay there again.

Walking distance and 7-11 nearby. The service is not satisfactory as I need to wait for further 2 hours when I arrived at 2 pm. It was discovered the rubbish bin was not made up and the bed sheet was not exchanged until I told them. Although the staff did apologise for every mistake, it is not up to the standard and further training be needed. The good thing is to give you a token in order to get free tea or Americano everyday but they still forgot to put token at my room. Infrastructure is not too bad and hope they will improve their services.
