A good deal for short term stay travellers. Big c is just next to the hotel, you can get everything you need and even souvenirs! Staffs are nice and friendly. Will definitely come back 👍🏻

Staff were mostly very friendly and greeted or acknowledged us when they see us which felt very welcoming throughout the stay. The drop-off point was always with at least one staff who will be very proactive and alert to guide or open all the car doors throughout the day, even late at night. Housekeeping was very very impressive, rooms were very well maintained and cleaned properly everyday. Happened to meet one housekeeping lady one morning and she was super bright and cheery when she greeted and checked with us if she can clean the room. She definitely made the start of the day so happy and delightful! Unfortunately, we were there at the period that the hotel was doing maintenance works for the outdoor pools (not swimming pool) and also wasn't able to visit the level 20 outdoor restaurant as it kept raining. Therefore, we were unable to take any pretty pictures of the views which was one of the regrets we had. But that was secondary as we did experienced one of the best service and enjoyed the beautiful and clean interiors, which was my best stay in all the years I had visited Bangkok and visiting different hotels. Overall, I am so impressed with the positive vibes and smiles of all your staff. The professionalism and service levels were all in line throughout all levels and kept high regardless whether it was concierge, front desk, security or housekeeping staff. Would definitely stay again and hope that the standard will be maintained and blow my mind away again on my next visit!

The location is not very good and it is very troublesome to get in and out. You can only take a taxi. When taking a taxi, it is recommended to use BOLT or grab, and then pay in cash. It is more cost-effective than taking a taxi out on the street. We called tutu at first, but then we directly took a motorbike! Cheap and good, experience Bangkok’s motorcycle army, thrilling! It's close to the king power, so I'd rather stay in a single room. The single room is twice as big as a 4-person room, and the most important thing is that it has a private bathroom! You can take the Skytrain and ferry to icomsiam to check it out. There’s nothing to buy, it’s just an experience! By the way, the noodles at 7-11 are amazing. It costs 6 yuan. It’s delicious. Get up early and buy it. If it’s too late, it’ll be gone.

Very good location next to the Ratchathewi BTS station. Compare with room and price is reasonable in middle level. Lobby feeling bit grand style and I love staff service. The buffet breakfast quality is good and many choices. I saw hotel guests much international. In room no hot water, coffee and tea things supply are let me a bit disappointed. In overall, I highly recommend to book again when go to Bangkok.

Surprisely there are no swimming pool, and also not sure if the hotel is too new ..that the driver not familiar on the location. The design of room, also not the good. As nowhere to let you dress up after shower. The 7-11 & big c is nearby but no street food around. The front desk staff are nice, but only 1 staff while we checking out.

The viewpoint of the hotel is very broad, but it's not noisy by the main street,there are two 7-11 stores around the hotel. I enjoy its convenient and comfortable, if I come again, I will introduce it to you affationately.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. My wife likes it very much. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is within close proximity to a lot of street food options and a 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Icon Siam is also very close to the hotel. Will come back again to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Take Chiang Mai to Bangkok to Red Velvet to Bangsue Station. The hotel is located near Bangsue Railway Station. You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Gate 1. You can transfer to MRT there or take the Red Express Line directly to Don Muang Airport or take the train to other places. There is a bus station in 5 minutes' walk. It is a 12-15 minute walk from DDmal, where there is also MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station. Exit 3 is Or Tor Kor Market and 7-11, which have a lot of food and fruits. Next to it is Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you want to city walk, you can also go to JJmail and Mixt Chatuchak to go shopping and buy souvenirs. The indoor floor is very clean. There are only two floors in total. The girls' room on the first floor is very quiet. Except for someone snoring, remember to bring earplugs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the bedding is great and the cushion is super comfortable. I slept very well for three nights. Someone will check in at midnight, and the boy on duty will take him into the room. Please pay attention. There are toilets for girls and men and women, and showers for girls and men and women. Girls should try to use the girls'. I went to mix them and smelled smoke, but the hotel had put a no-smoking notice in the toilet the next day. There are relatively few services for washing and drying. Overall, it is a hotel that is not highly recommended but worth going to. After walking through the location, you will find that it is really great~

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. I really have no other complaints EXCEPT for this lady at the reception. I just came from a 5hr flight with my backpack 1/3 my weight. I approached the reception area cuz there was NO ONE on that side. she was busy and never looked my way despite being in front of her. I try to come closer, i say ”uhm-” and try to show her my reservation. ”YOU CAN WAIT YOU CAN WAIT🖐️” with a very LOUD sigh after, as if i am annoying her??? Not even a welcoming smile, a welcome greeting. Really disgusted as i also work in hospitality field. I wonder if they teach their staff that, hospitality, or atleast how to be nice. So far, only that lady had trashy attitude. 😐

Its good to get this hotel if you want get the nearest hotel in the airport and cheapest price .Nice service,friendly and they will assist you if you want to go out somewhere and have atm machine nearest and they have a pool open 9am to 9pm and should be wear the swim wear and the restaurant beside next on the pool also the bar area.
