I stayed with my family at the Maxone Hotel right on the third day of Eid al-Fitr 1445 H, the check-in process took more than 1 hour because the hotel was full. The hotel atmosphere is quite pleasant, because there is a mini playground for children to play while waiting for their parents to check in. The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. It's just that the shower water in the bathroom keeps coming out warm water. For breakfast it's pretty good. Hopefully in the future the check-in process can be faster, if conditions are busy.

Water Heater Functions well but is too hot and cannot cool in the blue position

Warm welcome when artived. I stayed 2 day in this hotel I fell enjoy my room just standart room clean, simple, with big TV 43 inchi. Nice swimming pool on top floor with nice vew. There are Variation breakfast menu with good taste. Haumble staff. Completed recommended hotel in Balikpapan

very nice hotel! i have short staycation here with my friends, the services were great, delicious breakfast, very helpful staff and amazing Front Office Manager, if I am not mistaken his name is Bapak Asep Permana. Keep up the great services.

A Very Comfortable & Quiet Hotel for a Short Break from All the Daily Routine Activities, the Breakfast Menu is Very Tasty... The Rooms are Very Clean... The Reception is Very Friendly & the Check In & Check Out Process is Fast Track.... It's really recommended for travelers if they want to stay in Balikpapan City

Location quite far

There was a problem checking in. The difference in room types is that if you order a large room, max warm, you get one below, max happy. I've had help from trip.com but I can't. Disappointingly the hotel did not help at all regarding this problem. Ordered no smoking, got smoking.

The decoration style of the room is okay. It's clean and tidy. It's cost-effective. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Overall, it's okay. Free breakfast is provided.

Air conditioner not cold, even 18 degree celcius. The technician come and go to the room for repair, our time waste for repairing AC
