Pro: Pretty good location, big pool, comfy bedroom, comfy bathroom, there's also kitchenette but the living room is not super big. They bring your food delivery to the villa's room since there's no room service available. Con: Weird late check-out policy which they charge if you check out 1pm instead of 12.30pm. Never been charged for a 30' late check-out before. So didn't decide to stay longer even though the villa was actually very nice & comfy. While preparing for a 5-day 4-night trip to Bali, I looked for a place with a private swimming pool, found Umasapna, and looked for YouTube reviews on the blog, but I was very worried because there were no reviews that accurately conveyed it. first. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and usually costs about 100,000 rupiah by grab. We booked a paid vehicle from Umasapna and used it for 200,000 rupiah. The price is expensive, but grabbing and doing that is annoying, so I made a reservation using Watcha in advance and made a reservation. When we came to the lodging where we were staying, we were contacted through the counter and went to the lobby. 15 minutes on foot to Seminyak Beach, 5 minutes by car I took a car when I went and walked to my accommodation when I came back. There are two convenience stores 3 minutes away. really close second. The accommodation was booked in the Royal Dong. The length of the pool was different from Exec. The general building is as square as a jacuzzi, so it feels like a square bathtub outdoors. The Royal Dong we stayed in has a 9-meter swimming pool with 1 large bed inside, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, 1 bathtub, and 2 sinks. Outside table, chair, sofa, sunbed, capsule machine (give me 4 capsules a day), water purifier, refrigerator, freezer Porcelain tableware is also provided. third. When I looked it up, I was very worried because the water quality in Bali was bad. As soon as I arrived in Bali, I brought the Novotel shower filter I stayed with and used it, but it turned yellow after taking a shower. So I was more concerned and installed the filter as soon as I arrived at Umasapna. Filter for bidet and 1 shower head with filter 2 filters for sink 1 filter is installed in the sink and 1 filter is installed in the bathtub One bidet filter on the shower side One bidet filter on the sunflower shower When I used it for 4 nights and 5 days and disassembled it again on the 5th, the filter was a bit yellow, but it was less yellow than the Novotel. I don't think you need a filter, but it's water with lime, so I recommend using a filter if possible. It's better to brush your teeth with bottled water provided by the villa. The pool water quality was excellent Before going, I contacted Watcha to ask about the quality of the pool water, and the answer was that it was managed by ph level, so I replied not to worry, and the water quality was literally good. fourth. the service was so good I was worried because I spoke English incorrectly, but there was a Whatcha app, so it was convenient because I could use the Whatcha app to translate what I needed in the room or ask questions with the staff in charge. Had the package inclusive of breakfast and cocktail everyday, breakfast was amazing with excellent service and smiles on the staff's faces. Cocktail was good and can be redeemed at different places & we could enjoy it in the room. Absolutely loved the details handled in this hotel, even the smallest ones such as the patterns made in the cigarette tray above dustbins. Housekeepers cleaned our rooms thoroughly and topped up amenities promptly. Loved the service and their efforts in maintaining clean, neat and tidy rooms. Would point out names of staffs that I really enjoyed the service from, however, ALL of the staffs that Ive came across were equally professional and friendly. :)

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

The staff is very ignorance to wear mask properly and I don't know why they not inform me about my stuff that I forgot to bring. They just say nothing left without any solution.

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

I stayed supposed to be 5 nights.in this hotel but because there are some problems then we hrus check out because of the flight problem. At first we asked for a refund and the hotel suggested expedia hub. After that from Expedia already agreed that they had to refund, but from the hotel did not allow and there was a very rude argument. Staff name ”Luh Hery” and really not hospitality at all. In fact, the staff of Luh Hery is the worst staff and does not reflect hospitality as a tourist traveler in Bali. What is the rules of the Sunset Point Hotel? wow....... I will not recommend this hotel because the drain is to the block, the sink is dirty, the restaurant is dirty like a market. For my friends who are travel agency, fast boat, villa management, event management, tour travel, never bring your guests to stay here,because you will regret it.thanks ai rudolf

Check in was fast, but we got smelly and hot room. When engineer come, turns out the ac is very dirty 🤣. They put water dispenser outside the room, so you can refill the water jug with that (eventhou they never refill empty one). I think they make cold milk with condesed milk, Egg corner at breakfast was the only one that great. Compare to the price, it still ok but you should maintain basic thing like refill the water gallon, cleanliness of ac, and dont forget to refill the soap.
