Rama Beach Resort and Villas Reviews

It was wonderful time at Rama. On arrival our room was upgraded from Deluxe to a Villa for free with nice view on the garden and pool area. The breakfast was so nice and fresh, service is quite good, staff is very helpful. Definitely will come again if travel this area. Just minus one point because of the dinner, duck was too dry, and there no any sauce. But apart from that the hotel is beautiful, especially its garden

在這裏住了兩晚，不是連續兩天，而是住了一晚就去泗水了，從泗水回來又住了一晚。去泗水要坐飛機，免得麻煩，就把大行李箱寄存在了酒店。剛離開酒店就發現冰箱裏的眼葯水忘拿了，通過攜程客服聯繫了酒店，確認眼葯水在。當我第二天再次入住時，管家第一時間認出了我，並把眼葯水從冰箱裏拿出來給了我。依舊是給我們免費升級了兩間花園別墅房，還特別貼心的安排了前一天的房間。這家酒店的服務真的是超級贊！性價比超高！也沒有蚊蟲，非常滿意，強烈推薦！

It rained heavily on the day we went there, and we were soaked. The hotel misread the order email (confirmed later). They said there was only one email when we booked two rooms, and would not let us check in. We stayed in the lobby for nearly an hour before we were allowed in. I am very grateful to Ctrip's overseas reservation department for actively helping us communicate with the hotel at 7 or 8 in the evening, and expressed their willingness to pay the corresponding fees later (I realized the next day that it was not Ctrip's fault, but the hotel itself did not see the second email...) But the overall environment of the hotel is very good. There are people playing music for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is very rich, no less than the high-end hotels in Ubud. There is also a tennis court. In addition, our room has no peculiar smell, but my friend's room has a musty smell... Also, please note that the hotel bathroom is very slippery (no anti-slip mat is placed). I fell and my hand was caught in the door. I asked the hotel for ice cubes. The first sentence she said was to tell me that ice cubes cost money instead of asking me if I needed a doctor for my injury🤦🏻♀️...This review was written a month after the fall, and the bruises on my hands and knees have not disappeared yet. .

It's very close to the airport, we walked there in about 10 minutes. The overall environment is also good.

Very good stay experience. The service staff is friendly and patient, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable. The location is very close to the airport, convenient for travel, and not noisy. Walking distance to the beach. The hotel room facilities are good. The swimming pool is very nice.

The staff a amazing. They will do anything for you. We absolutely loved staying here again. We had the best room ever, garden room close to pool and restaurant, could not hear noises. Thankyou.

When I checked in at the front desk, I was unexpectedly upgraded to a room type. It was a big surprise. I originally booked a garden villa, but it was directly upgraded to a villa room with a swimming pool. The front desk communicated in English without any barriers, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The environment of the hotel was also The beauty is unparalleled. The most satisfying thing is the buffet breakfast. It has a wide variety and the taste is perfect. I love the donuts and yogurt and all kinds of snacks. It is a perfect experience. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

I was traveling to Australia and had a connecting flight in Bali. When I was looking for a hotel, I just wanted to be close to the airport. Although I only stayed for one night, I thought the experience was good. There were also many local snacks nearby and the reception staff were friendly👍👍👍

Not lots things to do near by. Only one restaurant in whole resort

We stayed here for a one night stopover. The room was quite run-down and the flooring was damaged. The towels also had a slightly musty smell. The staff however were very friendly - we stayed in the one room villa before and this room we selected had two twin beds when we though we’d have a king sized one. Would recommend the villa over this option!

Second visit to this hotel. Great location and excellent service. Would recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay in the Kuta area.

Always friendly staff,good rooms and beautiful grounds close to Airport and shops,

It is about a 3 * property with 5 * staff. Getting a bit dated here and there. Nice pool and great staff all round.The hotel is cheap compared to others in the area and as such attracts a lot of Indian guests which means the breakfast has to cater for them naan bread not exactly a breakfast thing. They also eat with their hands and smoke at the table which is not the best. However overall because of the staff and price it is worth a visit.
