Our room's door have been equipped with soundproof and drop seal as well vinyl carpet on the corridor to prevent outside noise interference, however, we are sorry to hear the sound from outside was still disturbing. Due to the weather at this time of year, the tide washes up a lot of trash during rains, and Badung Environmental Service is constantly cleaning it up, but it's never enough because trash always washes up the next day. Just to name a few, we plan to revamp our Rock Shop, redesign Starz Diner restaurant and many more this year. Third person surcharge is applied for guest 12 y.o. In addition, bigger room and elevated amenities are available in the higher category as options for those who require more spacious rooms. Unlike Deluxe Room, the Deluxe Premium room offer indirect access to Chill Out Pool, individual coffee pod machine and in the King bed room it features sofa with trundle bed. We have a magnificent array of breakfast spread created by our culinary team, from international to local dishes in rotation. Our culinary team preparing the highest quality food ingredients and crafting the delectable dishes. Regret to learn your inconvenience in the room about unpleasant smell after the departure. If only this concern shared to us directly, we could have assisted you in any way possible as our team strives for excellence in everything they do to maintain room cleanliness. Although we are not achieving our goal of providing you with a top notch stay, we are pleased to know you had an enjoyable stay.
