I seriously doubt the authenticity of these good reviews! Seriously a seller's show! The worst hotel I've stayed in Bali! The room was very disappointing! I went there after reading Ctrip reviews. Almost all the guests were Chinese. I booked the most luxurious one and it was a big mistake! Soundproofing: There is almost no soundproofing and I can hear the conversation next door clearly! Very noisy. Hygiene: The bed was very dirty. I called the housekeeper to change the sheets in the middle of the night! The pillows were all sweaty! Facilities: It was similar to a 200-yuan homestay. There were not even slippers! The TV was also very small! The bath water was warm. At night, when there were many people taking a bath in the whole homestay, there was almost no hot water! It was not until midnight! The flush toilet was leaking all the time! It was so noisy in the middle of the night! Service: There was a male housekeeper who provided ok service. He climbed to the second floor to fix the water heater in the middle of the night! Breakfast: The taste was okay. It was made in a small kitchen, but the portion was not good. I couldn't eat enough. It was a plate of fruit + a so-called staple food. I had to eat breakfast for two days together. It's better to stay in a cheaper hotel buffet. The location is not close to the central market. You have to take a taxi to get in and out! There is no shuttle bus, and the alley is quite scary! Booked two nights and only stayed one night. On the first day, I told the housekeeper that I wanted to cancel one night. She said that the manager did not agree. I could check out early but the room fee would not be refunded! It's ridiculous! I need permission when to check out. I checked out directly the next day! The room fee was given to them!

The store owner said that it had just opened half a year ago, and the facilities inside are very new. The bathrooms and rooms are super large, and the overall style of the hotel is also very beautiful. It really is the same "combination of nature and comfort" as the slogan. Every staff member greeted us warmly and asked us what we needed, and the included breakfast was also very delicious. In addition, we ordered dinner one day, and the pasta and dumplings here were super delicious! ! The dumplings are Indonesian style. I strongly recommend everyone to try their dinner.
