Hilton Garden Inn Properties in Bali

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua was quite satisfying. The hotel's overall environment is very new and clean, and the room design is simple and comfortable. The bed was great to sleep in, and the cleanliness made me feel very at ease. The staff were extremely friendly, and throughout my stay, I really felt the consistent warm and friendly Balinese service. Every staff member was very willing to help, which made for a pleasant experience. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. The hotel's location is not far from the beach, just a few minutes' walk, and the surrounding amenities are also pretty good. For the price, it's pretty decent~

This hotel is a great option for a layover, especially if you're arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, as it's less than a 10-minute drive from Bali Airport. The hotel's public areas are actually quite lovely, and it would be worth spending more time there, especially by the pool, if you have the chance. The only real downside was the cleanliness, particularly in the rooms. It might be acceptable for a business trip or a quick overnight stay, but if you're a cleanliness-conscious person, you might want to reconsider. We did spot a small cockroach in the room, which I guess is hard to avoid in a humid environment. As for service, I didn't have much interaction since I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I also had to carry my own luggage the whole time.
