We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful with lovely little details. Afternoon tea was a lovely touch. A la carte breakfast was delicious. Staff were so helpful at all times, nothing was too much. Pool facilities lovely. Overall a very relaxing and calming hotel but still in the middle of Ubud. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place with suburb customer care. Hotel staff from parking valley to reception to restaurant to room service and cleaning all high-class professionals making us feel welcome, smiling and greeting every single time we met and helping and advising all possible ways. Hotel breakfast was so nice and variety big that we ended up eating heavy breakfast before heading day's adventures and it carries us all the way to supper. Hotel has a spa you must try. Ladies there had magical touch with Balinese massage which was pure bliss. Pool area was nice and cozy and service worked there as well. Hotel has laundry service you wanna use to go back home with suitcase full of clean clothes. Everything during the whole visit went so well that se were sorry to end the holiday. Hotel will also arranged extra suprises if your accompanion has a special day so make sure to ask about them forehand. Terimakasi!

Bisma eight is also a carefully selected hotel with an industrial style. The garden room of 1200 for one night, in general, personally feel that the price of this hotel is not high, the reasons are as follows: 1. The first floor of the garden house is planted too densely. There is basically no light for the room, and the floor paving stone is not refined enough. 2. The floor drain of the bathroom can smell the smell.... 3. Breakfast is a meal, but the weight is small. 4. From Ubud Palace to the hotel, it is still about 500 meters away. There is a ferry bus during the day, but it is still not safe to walk at night. In the middle, I also met several hooligan children and said something, scared to flash. . 5. The attitude of the service staff is also OK, but there is still a gap between the overall service staff of large hotels such as Hilton.

Room- Family Suite The best thing about the hotel is the view from the rooms to an area with small rice fields: 5 star view ⭐️ The pool is excellent and the surrounding area very well maintained, although small (the sunbeds are comfortable but they seemed few for the size of the hotel) Mention the friendliness and kindness of all employees. The hotel shows some wear and tear, being in need of some renovation, namely in the beds and furniture in the rooms. The rooms (family suite) are large and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is a la carte, with a very limited offer, and without any variation. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and the breakfast options were strictly the same for all 4 days. I think the issue of breakfast needs to be urgently analyzed, because for what you pay for the hotel, the offer should be substantially greater, as it is a big disappointment as it is… The location is good, very close to the center of Ubud, the place is safe and easy to access.

Quiet and peaceful environment but right off main streets. Staff is outgoing , kind and energetic young staff that honour all of your needs & requests for you. Due to covid restrictions *at present the restaurant is closed but they bring breakfast to your room and the spa is closed at present during my stay. Can’t say enough about the GM here as she is great and outgoing for all your needs. Super stay and highly recommend for beauty and nature right in the middle of the city centre and close to all amenities that one could ask for. I could not ask for more in a hotel with such surroundings and great location for exploring the city. 👍

Even late into the evening after work is over, he responds to customers when they need them and helps them like a friend. The first floor is a superior room, and the second floor is a deluxe room. I highly recommend the deluxe room.

What a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Large ground floor room with beautiful carved wooden shutters and doors instead of glazing. There was an en-suite shower room which was basic but fictional and very clean. Teja himself welcomed me himself and kindly told me about the area and gave me a map. The room had a very large patio area with table and chairs and the property was very quiet as , although very central, it was down a small alleyway and set back from the road. Breakfast was a cheese, tomato and onion omelette and toast with fruit and a choice of tea or coffee every morning, which was delicious and the staff who work there were relaxed and friendly. There’s a real warmth about this place that you don’t get in a hotel and it was very good value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.
