I booked this resort for some relaxation and this is exactly what I got from this resort. I ended upgrading to a Villa with my own private pool and view. The resort is a bit more pricy but it is worth every cent. The staff is super friendly and takes their time to know you. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is pretty close to Ubud central and you can get a grab very easily to wherever you want to go. I wish I could’ve stayed longer here.

The hotel is quite far from the urban area of ​​​​Ubud. There is no free shuttle service. You have to take a taxi yourself, which costs 30K out and 50K back. It's a long walk. The rice fields in the rice field room are not as big as the photos. There is a small canyon behind the hotel with a small waterfall. Breakfast is not a buffet. You have to choose from several salty, sweet, juice, tea or coffee. It comes with a basket of bread and a plate of fruit. Only the fried noodles are delicious, and the rest are not very good. The hygiene of the room is not very good and the layout is very cramped. The supplies are from Sensatia, a local brand in Indonesia. The soap smelled very good, and I later went to the store to buy a few pieces. The two swimming pools are so small that you can't swim at all, you can only take pictures. There are only about 10 rooms in the entire hotel, and children are not accepted. The sound insulation is not good and the outside sounds can be heard clearly, especially in the room next to the restaurant. The service is pretty good. Not good value for money.

Eka & Amelia at the reception was really a star for the hotel super helpful and friendly. Other staffs from housekeeping and engineering are equally friendly but we didn’t get their names. The location is actually at the outskirts of Ubud so don’t get confused with the Villa’s full name but nonetheless it’s nice to be slightly away from the crowd the morning breeze and air freshness was amazing ! A great spot for honeymooners. Room was extremely spacious only thing that could be improved was to have a proper luggage rack what is big enough to place our luggages. As for the shower would really appreciate if there’s a proper divider from the sun bed as each time during shower the soap and water will hit the sun bed not so hygienic in my Opinion . Lastly it’s quite disappointing on the website here it shows photos of the breakfast on floating trays but actually If u want the floating tray you needed to pay additional. Would appreciate if it’s stated Clearly rather that’s a misleading. Photobooth

If u have rented 2 wheelers, it's not an issue But if u have to go by cab, u will have to spend between 100000 to 120000 IDR ( approx 550-700 INR) every time u go out

There weren't too many Korean reviews, so I thought about it and got it. hehe… . There is also a yoga class at 7 am... ㅠㅠ City buses run about 5 times a day? The hotel was fab from the minute we got out of our taxi outside to the minute we got in our taxi to leave. The customer service was incredible, the hotel was beautifully clean and comfortable. The food was really great and the facilities available for guests were better than anywhere else we’ve stayed in Bali so far. We were a bit concerned about being far out of Ubud centre and the hotel provided a daily shuttle to and from Ubud centre. There was pretty much daily yoga classes and the option to use the hotels bicycles to go and explore the area. It actually turns out we were in the perfect place in Ubud to do our exploring and also have some much needed relaxation time. Thanks for a great stay!

So the pictures of a hotel and suites overlooking the rice patties are a huge scam. There is a massive construction project happening in the area that our room was overlooking. Construction workers are working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Everything from steelworkers grinding and welding away, to brick workers running their cements mixers and gravel trucks, to bulldozers and ground moving equipment digging and working non stop. There is no manager at this property and when requested was always informed he is at another property and might come in again in a day or 2. In the 5 days we stayed there I did not get to see the manager once. He is obviously staying away as he does not want to deal with customers asking questions. When I questions the general staff about the construction and the failure of the hotel to warn us before arrival i was simple told our booking is non refundable and that the hotel has not had the chance to change the marketing pictures. Breakfast service is slow and pretty much non existent. If you are lucky enough to receive it is is pretty much 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast, 1 small mushroom and one slice of tomato. The problem is although you give your order the day before, it is never ready on time and the service is absolutely pathetic. We will receive our eggs and when we ask about the toast we it will only be delivered 35 minutes later, they dont care if you eat a cold breakfast here.
