Phenomenal way to describe this hotel establishment.. such tranquil and great beach vibes to the whole experience and atmosphere… the great and personalised service from the front desk staff Mr Ahadi and Miss Listya for absolutely warmth and passion (special shoutout to them!) .. The hotel room villa is great, with sea view of pantai keramas . It’s cleaned, meticulously detailed with amenities for stay use and the villas’s pool is quite large enough for swim laps. Other hotel facilities like the gym, spa, art gallery and library are an added gems! The breaks is very good also.. there is nothing much to complain about except for the shared public beach areas is a bit dirty littered with trash washed by the strong waves of the sea of Bali. Komaneka , definitely a class of its own! Superb and will come back in future!

Gorgeous, well-priced villa accommodation conveniently located near Dream Beach, Devil's Tears and Sunset point. A lot of great restaurants and day-spas within walking distance. Peaceful surrounds away from the peak season crowds and motorbikes. Lovely outdoor area with pool and restaurant. Perfect for taking a dip at the end of a hot day of island exploration. Awesome, large, air-conditioned rooms. Clean and comfy. Opens onto large balcony with comfortable seating. Large, semi-outdoor bathroom and shower with a lovely rustic-island feel. Hot water to boot! The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's so easy to book anything you need on the island (taxi service, rental bikes, day trips etc). Breakfast is modest but tasty. Loved my stay here! Would stay again and recommend for anyone staying on Lembongan.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. How can I say about the hotel? Compared with the price of 200 euros, I will say a few fair words: 1/ The hotel is relatively new, the room has a balcony, the room is not big, and the decoration is not bad. 2/ You can see the sea from a distance on the balcony, but it is not a first-line sea view. I booked a sea view king room for RMB 1,600 3/ The rooftop swimming pool is good, you can watch the sunset 4/ There is a lively neighborhood outside, there are many white people, and there are lively bars restaurants. 5/ The staff is very friendly Disadvantages 1/ It is said to be a sea view, but the first thing you see when standing on the balcony is a ruined land covered with weeds, and you can also see the unfinished building when you face the sea. 2/ The toiletries in the hotel are very simple, and the slippers are very thin 3/ There is no bathrobe, no bathtub, only one USB port and one type C charging port, and no mini bar 4/ 1,600 does not include breakfast, the breakfast list costs about RMB 120, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is semi-self-service. It feels that the cost performance is not high.

Our stay for one night was very good thanks to the staff super welcoming. The breakfast is simply awesome (multiple cuisines). The service at the beach is good as well. We got the chance to do a late checkout due to our late flight (still useful). The only negative point was the garden view which not really a nice garden view. Our room number was 4115. In any case, we recommend this hotel.

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

Everything was good. Staff exceptionally friendly. Especially Ari was perfect for the job. Initially, I had a problem with check-in as they couldn't find my information. Ari resolved the issue nicely by upgrading our room first and fixed their problem back end. I really miss Ari as a result. Highly recommended.
