The best hotel i have ever stayed in! Food is various and really delicious, it’s really clean and modern, rooms are pretty small, but they have everything you need in it, and also the beds are great, not too much soft & not too much hard - ideality! All of the crew is amazing, officiants, bartenders, receptionist and everyone. Can not to mention the animation team from “O voyage” - Othman, Theo, Hedi, Ange and Thibault are wonderful, they made our staying in the hotel just perfect🤩 Smiling, full of energy and always ready to communicate and support. With them we sang, danced and participated in many-many different activities in pool and on the ground! The location is amazing, not so far from the beach, wonderful view, a lot of small shops near, also it has its own aqua park - great slides, everyone from our group liked it! Highly recommend Atali Grand Resort!🙌❤️

Animation is absolut terrible. Interaсtion is low qualified. Program is poor. Animators speak French while all show times for 30% of guests… Meal is testy👍🏻 service is good👍🏻 but animation Is very bad 👎🏿 it was my second day, I hope we will seed a new team🤞🏻

Hotel owner and staff the biggest minus of this hotel. From us "stole" 2 nights, for which he demanded to pay extra. About other shortcomings already and it is not worth mentioning. I recommend choosing another hotel if you want a quiet and pristine holiday. Price completely does not correspond to the quality. Bad location, a lot of stairs in the still room, food and drinks of poor quality. No programs, the sea far away, No programs, the sea far away, the beach public, its own does not have, the worst holidays we've ever had, the staff is aggressive, cheats wherever they can.

Such a great hotel!! Hard to find any faults!! The hotel smelt lovely and fresh, always clean, the staff were 10/10, friendly and helpful! - Arzi the guest services lady was so kind and warm! She offered us free dinner before we departed, a great addition to the team! The free water park was a great addition to the facilities too, and would be fantastic for families with children! - Food was 10/10, lots of salads, meats, pastas, pizzas and plenty of options for picky eaters too, whilst offering lots of traditional Cretan food! - the animation team were great, though mainly aimed at French people, they were still fantastic!! Special shoutout to Ange who was so bubbly and lively!! Othman, Thibault, Theo and Heidi were great too, but Ange was a star!

Great staff, great food, came with my 2 children 9 and 17 , far above and beyond anything we expected came on a budget trip from Scotland, quirky and lovable hotel, can't wait to come back again , we have enjoy ed hotel and all there facilities, staff great, very helpful

We was there for 5 days Excellent service from the staff ! The food was amazing with a lot of choices, Our room was so clean and comfortable! Also for the kids is really enjoyable at water Park and also SAFE ! Thanks for everything See you again next year! Keep up your great work!

First time in Greece. We spent six days at Atali Grand Resort but we think to return in September. Super friendly staff to help us any time. The food is delicious, we love it. The weather was nice and we enjoyed everything. We recommend the hotel.

This hotel is located in a village full of cafes and restaurants. There is also a bus stop about 600 meters from the hotel so that you can easily get from/to the airport. You can also explore the neighboring cities - Iraklion (approx. 45 min drive by bus) and Rethymno (30 min drive by bus). The hotel does not offer car rental, excursions or animation. Some travel agents like French provide animation team. Our room was clean and comfortable. From our balcony we had sea and mountain view. Mrs. Argi recommended us some excellent outdoor restaurants and also helped us to plan our trips to Heraklion, Rethymno, Chania, Agios Nikolaos. Do not hesitate to contact her for any matter you want. We felt like at home in this hotel and we definitely are eager to come here again. Mrs Argi suggested us to visit Bali in October. In October there are better offers, the majority of tourists are couples and the sea is hot. Some tourists we met here are coming to this hotel each year because it's such a lovely place. We will definitely come here again and recommend Atali to our friends

The hotel is great, the service staff is friendly and attentive, they will always help with any question. The food is fantastic for any choice. For those who want to move, there are water exercises and other attractions. Wonderful surroundings, organized excursions. Quality rest in all respects. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this.
