The hotel is very conveniently located near centralstation (you can even see it from some of the tracks!), and our room came with the beautiful lakeview overlooking Stockholm City Hall. The room had good lighting and was rather clean, with the exception of some strange crusts on the velvet seats from the previous stay. Check-in was impeccable - smooth, extremely welcoming, professional. Definitely recommended!

Location is good near train station and shopping area but hotel looks old tho think they are going through some renovation inside, my room was spacious but a little hint once enter room it’s treasure hunting super irritating haha I have to hunt for my bedroom slippers toothbrush and kettle 😂 please ask for city view if possible cos once I open my window blind I’m like a prisoner inside looking out to an enclosed hotel rooms walls no view at all (please refer to my pictures) also I think it’s the European staff working culture and attitude cleaners are not detailed same as Marriott Denmark where I came from haha they gave me a half used small bottle hand cream then half side of slippers disappearing then some days they left their dirty cloth on my sink counter 😫 also not sure if they clean the toilet thoroughly or not cos if yes they would have noticed a faulty shower head and reported it to be fixed right? .. 5 days and the water is still sprouting out each time I turned it on goodness me! 😆(I wish I can post video of it) Hotel food so so only meatball super salty eating area a bit dirty but a few serving staffs are very polite but was kind of disappointed with their hotel manager and security personnel I was molested during breakfast and none can help me out unless I make a police report it was a sucks day for me but overall Stockholm Sheraton can stay

The location is great right at Central Station. It’s easy to shopping street and old town just walking distance. But our standard room is not too big, not enough place to open the luggages at the same time or even 1 flat. But if you have no large luggage like us then no worries, everything is perfect here There are many restaurants around, you can choose whatever you like. Every staff is nice and happy to help. By the way, the restaurant on the first floor is good. In case you may need to leave luggage, they also have you can request them Oh I deduct 1 star from no shower cap but other than that are fine

An excellent hotel both for business and pleasure trips. Great location: it takes only 30 secs to go to the subway entrance, 2 minutes to go the central railway station, 5 minutes to go to Drottninggatan, Hötorget or Sergels Torg… Close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, theaters… Clean, quite and comfortable modern room, wonderful breakfast, great staff everywhere… I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay because I had an early 4:20 AM Arlanda Express train to catch the next morning to Arlanda Airport. Its location is perfect, as the Arlanda Express platform is right downstairs, and there's a lift available, which was a huge help with my heavy luggage. The hotel entrance offers accessibility features, though you might need to know where to press the button for entry. The rooms are indeed quite small. My hallway on the 2nd floor felt narrower than my friend's on the 3rd floor, which also made my room feel more cramped. Next time, if I want a room with a window, I'd definitely prefer the 3rd floor, as it seemed to offer more space to unpack large suitcases. However, the hotel's early check-in service was absolutely fantastic. It saved me from having to lug my bags all over Stockholm, feeling like I was constantly on the run.

I wanted a large room, so I chose a family type room. It has a large window and a feeling of openness. It was nice and spacious. Breakfast was also excellent! I especially like the granola and scrambled eggs. The only thing that bothered me was that the towels were frayed and the sheets were torn. I think some linens should be replaced with new ones.

Very friendly welcome. It explains where the breakfast is and asks when room service should clean the room. Doesn't happen automatically or every day. Beautiful hotel building, located in the city center. Our room has a balcony facing the street and is located on the fourth floor. Summer is not suitable for sensitive people because you have to ventilate, but tuned vehicles that often go through the city all night can become very noisy. Nearby clubs and bars play good bass on Fridays and Saturdays. The windows were closed and it was quiet. Unfortunately, our room had a dirty carpet, smelled of old damp socks, and the windows had to be kept open. The size of the double room is okay. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. There are few channels on the TV, and the remote control is dirty and sticky. The bathroom is large and the shower leaks, so the whole floor is always wet. There is a lot of mold in the shower room, not to be missed. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. Only from the made-up bed can you see room service including room service. The bathroom was neither cleaned nor vacuumed in the room. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The next subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. Remember, Stockholm is hilly and the sidewalks are not always flat. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant that serves breakfast. The breakfast buffet is poor. Slice sausage, cheese, jam, bread, rolls. Well, the hot sausages and scrambled eggs are always moist and not well done, not particularly like the meatballs of La Cote Brar. At least apples and bananas have to be taken away. Bottom line: I have seen several hotels and know the price range. In Stockholm, you must make sure that the hotel has windows! If the carpet is clean and smell-free, and the bathroom is clean, I will give 8 out of 10 points despite the large amount of breakfast and poor breakfast, so it is only 3/10 left and it is not recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the city center and a 3 minute walk to the biggest food market. The breakfast was below-average. The options are quite limited and some of the things are not renewed regularly. Another problem was the beds. It was extremely uncomfortable and my back and neck still hurts. Otherwise it was okay, the room was cleaned every day and also it was clean overall. We did not care but the street noise was coming a lot especially during weekend. Staff was helpful on the counter, but there is one person on the kitchen stuff with extremely annoying attitude. She tried to rush us to finish breakfast in a rude tone.

It is a 5-minute walk from Stockholm Odenplan Station, and a 2-minute walk from the hotel door is a subway station, so it is easy to move around. It was a bit wrong that there was no window in the room, but there was no smell and the room was quite neatly maintained. Breakfast is good and tastes good. Considering the price of Northern Europe, it is a place where you can stay at a good value for money.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I struggled to carry my two suitcases up the stairs after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help me with my luggage. When I asked for help, the front desk staff simply suggested that I push the door. As you can imagine, this was not very helpful and I found it disappointing. While the lack of assistance with my luggage was a downside, I did appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. However, I do hope that in the future, the hotel can provide more support for guests who may need assistance with their luggage. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hostel is a bit outside the city center, but it was easy to get around using the bus and metro. It's located in a quiet residential area, so it was very peaceful. The kitchen was being renovated, so it felt a bit small for the number of guests. There were appliances like a rice cooker and air fryer, but no real setup for cooking with a frying pan. I appreciated the free food (like bread, milk, and coffee). The bunk beds had curtains, which was great for privacy. Overall, it’s a place I’d happily stay at again when I visit Stockholm.

It is about a 5-minute walk from tram No. 30 or bus No. 74, which is quite convenient. You can then take tram No. 17, 18, or 19 to get to Central Station or Lao Chen. In short, it takes about half an hour from the hotel to the city center. I recommend that you buy an S L one-day or three-day transportation ticket, which is quite cost-effective to stay here. The hotel has all the basic facilities, including a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, some pots and pans, and wine glasses, but no toaster, kitchen paper towels, or laundry detergent (you have to buy laundry detergent from the vending machine on the first floor, it's 15KR a bag, it's not expensive, but if it's so cheap why don't they just put it in the hotel? You buy a bag downstairs and use less than half a bag for washing clothes once, you can't use it up at all, and it's a waste to throw away the rest. It's troublesome for travelers to carry a bag of laundry detergent with them when traveling because they are afraid it will spill). In addition, the dryer didn't seem to be very useful. The clothes were still wet after more than two hours of drying. In short, if you come here just for the washing machine, don't consider it. In addition, the facilities and supplies in the room are a little bit old, and the bathroom only provides ordinary shower gel that can be used to wash hair and body, and there is no conditioner. The hair dryer is also a small one. However, there are large supermarkets such as COOP and Lidl next to the bus station. There is also a store selling many kinds of alcohol and a burger and fried chicken restaurant that is open until late. The space in the room is not small and the soundproofing is acceptable. Overall, it is an option worth considering.

Awesome location. Food great. Clean. GYM is substandard. Room minimal but adequate for a night or a leger weekend visit. The staff is generally friendly. However, some of the front desk staff (not all) are a bit on the arrogant end. Actually exactly the those individuals who set the tone for a visit and therefore really shouldn't - Management might want to take a look at that. But, forgiven considering that there are always 2 sides to the coin and this is a big city environment that seem to be spoiled by lot of onetime tourist guest. As a business person I have choices and probably would make use of that the next time around. Have a great day !

It is definitely the most intensive place for Asian people to take wedding photos.
