From the moment I arrived and asked for an early checkin, the staff haven been flexible and very engaging. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best in relation to aesthetics, but most importantly the staff.

Hilton Baku nice 5 star hotel . We was in G. Suite and the service in executive lounge was very proffesional. Nice resturant in 24 and 25 floor with best view to the city .

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

Unexpectedly, I also experienced service at the Baku International Travel Service Sheraton Hotel in Azerbaijan that is not inferior to Japan’s. Besides, the restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and the dishes are often changed. Every chef works conscientiously. They not only cook the dishes, but also pay attention to everything about the guests. When picking up the dishes, if you are not careful, the tongs will touch. Looking at the lighting above the dishes, the two chefs immediately adjusted the lights above the dishes. Among the breads, the croissant pie type is most recommended. It is freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut breads are also good. Mr. Murad from the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came over to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc., call the front desk, and the handsome guy from the room service will bring them immediately, very fast. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Great new hotel. We warned the hotel in advance that we were on a honeymoon. The hotel gave us a wonderful surprise: they upgraded our room and decorated everything with petals and swans made from towels. Expensive bed linen, excellent mattresses and pillows. We had a great night's sleep. Excellent sound insulation. Location next to the Heydar Aliyev Center. It takes 10 minutes to get to the embankment by taxi. We went to the spa: large sauna, hammam, steam room. Swimming pool with water at a comfortable temperature. Delicious varied breakfasts. We are grateful to the hotel for the excellent service and unforgettable moments after the wedding. We will definitely come back here again.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
