The hotel is clean beautiful and spacious, but is also overpriced for what you get. Also personally I expect every good-grade hotel to have a small refrigerator in the room to help chill my drinks or food, and was surprised not to find one here. Additionally, there was shortage of convenient electricity ports to charge our phones and other devices. There WERE spots, just not next to the beds. Other than this, service was great, the pool was very nice and overall we enjoyed

Without a doubt it is the most Iconic hotel in Baku. Having a full view of the city and Caspian sea from 21st floor is what everyone likes to experience. The breakfast was great, the open pool was superb. The interior of the room was a bit old but can't be considered as a serious downside.

It was Amazing

From the start to the end the service was impeccable. The staff done everything to make our stay memorable. We had a suite room this was a size of a 2 bed apartment, the view was spectacular. The hotel is in great location to see modern Baku and is around 15 min drive from old town. We were disappointed with spread available for the breakfast and dinner, from such a well known hotel.

The shower head in the bathroom is detached / has been removed. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is unusual, and the toilet’s frosted glass door does not have a locking mechanism. The door is always slightly open, which causes privacy issues. There is no mini refrigerator in the room. The furniture is in poor condition.
