The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is of good quality. The hotel's pricing is reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. However, there is a mall within a 10-minute walk that has several western fast food chains such as KFC, Subway, and McDonald's.

Floor corners are not good cleaned. There is no HOT water, and the temperature is about 50 Celcius degrees (warm).
