We just returned from a 3 night stay alongside a trip to Disneyland. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, we had a fantastic stay. We stayed in a premier apar**ent with 2 young children and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfy beds and clean environment. We didn’t have time to visit the swimming pool so can’t comment on that, but the rest of the complex was great. The on-site supermarket was helpful to pick up the essentials. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a brilliant stay here. The park is great, so much better than the UK ones. The swimming pool is the highlight of our stay there. We went 4 times in our week and it was never that busy. We could have spent all day here but unfortunately other things to do. The variety of slides and rapids was very good and my little ones had so much fun. The farm was also very good, especially the horse ride and the soft play. Our apar**ent was nice as well and visiting Disney is so easy. We got the transfer bus, and it was 5 euros return and they go every 30 mins. We even got the bus to the Disney train Station, when we decided to go to Paris for the day. Can't wait to return!!

Great place to stay for an unwinding time between busy days at Disneyland. The bus is really easy to catch to Disney and our apar**ent was really good and very warm which was appreciated after a cold day at the parks ! My children loved the swimming pool and the pool cafe was great as you could sit and eat in your swim wear . We would definitely return

Please ignore any negative reviews. I visited April 2024 with my two children 3 and 18 months and my husband. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be returning. We booked a VIP cottage via Center Parcs direct. Our cottage was stunning, it had a view over the lake and was opposite the park which was perfect for my children. We found there to be many activities for our children. They loved the Jeep safari, the water park, the farm and especially the soft play. We rented a car and had one day at Disney land Paris. Although, we needn’t have visited Disney land as there was so much to do at Center Parcs. After booking I read some reviews on here and did panic. The negative reviews are unfair. It is a brilliant family holiday and I would return tomorrow if I could.

I was a little nervous after booking this reading some of the reviews, but I needn't have been. Me and my son (6 yrs old) had an absolutely brilliant time. Arrival was so easy. We arrived by taxi (I hadn't thought about not being dropped at the door of the apar**ent!) but our walk to the apar**ent was flat and easy and reception very helpful. Our apar**ent was lovely, spacious for 2 of us, not the cleanest ever, but fine for us. Would have been good to have 1 more pan (only got one) but we were fine. No toilet roll or soap provided at all...not expected that, but supermarket open until 10pm so all sorted easily. The pool complex is AMAZING. My son would have played there all day long every day. Just what you'd expect from CP - loads to do, great lazy river, a climbing wall inside over a pool (a firm favourite) and lots of other pools inside and outside. A big hit was the farm on site and the soft play attached to it is the best soft play I've seen. it was fantastic and my son loved playing there and there was plenty of seating all around where I could watch him with an espresso. Heaven! Grounds are really easy to walk, we ate at the restaurants and we found everyone to be so so so friendly. Food obviously not gourmet, but a burger and chips after a day swimming always hits the mark and we found portion sizes very good. Supermarket was very well stocked. I was a bit worried when I went on the Friday night as it had a lot of empty shelves but they were all full by Saturday morning with lots of gorgeous fruit and veg. The patisserie was a big hit - great treats and I had 2 fabulous salad bowls there (and also the ice lollies are second to none!). There are some very beautiful gardens behind all the restaurants that you can spend hours in and lots of games on the floor for the kids to play / invent their own. I loved it. We had to go to customer services twice and we were looked after straight away and all sorted. We had a week here where we just stayed on site and then went to Disneyland. We just ordered an uber from the reception and it was with us in 7 mins and only took 10 mins but there is a bus just doing a loop all day which we saw people waiting for. Overall, we loved it and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Sadly we would not recommend this centre parcs. The apar**ent was good, we got a three room for a family of four and would suggest this as the sofa bed would not of been comfortable to sleep on so having two bedrooms was necessary in my view. No issues with the apar**ent. Activities available also good, farm and play parks, gardens, pool - all great for my children ages 2 and 5. Most other activities need to be 3 or over. My reasons for not visiting again regard the service and amenities. We flew so did not have a car, the shop on site was not adequate, empty shelves, not open during advertised hours, limited fresh options. Only one restaurant on site for dinner which was packed, other restaurants open limited hours and only lunch time. Our check in experience was terrible. We arrived at 9pm in the dark with young children. Reception closed so handed bands by security and pointed the vague direction to walk with all our luggage. We were told we couldn’t collect our Disney passes till 9am in the morning and nothing was open to get food for breakfast. It was pitch black, we got lost trying to find the apar**ent, 30 minutes later of walking about we found it and the lift was broken. This was simply not good enough, a very poor service if you arrive after the reception has closed/after dark. Very limited information provided so get the app which has more, if you book via Disney you can’t book anything on the app until you arrive which I didn’t realise. It was annoying we didn’t get our Disney passes until 9am the following morning as delayed us being able to get the Disney for when it opened. If you are booking bolt cars to Disney, do not book this until you are stood in the exact spot you want the car to collect you from - we found standing in one of the car parks seemed to work best and message the car park letter to the driver. Possibly better if you have a car and can access the local supermarket. For the money though we expected better service and amenities on site. It felt like it was still functioning as off season in Easter holidays.

I know everyone has their own experience but I really can’t understand some of the terrible reviews. This is a centre parcs, so self catering (rather than a hotel) with lots of activities on site. I was specifically looking for an apar**ent as I find hotel rooms too small and restricting, and a pool is a must for us. I stayed with my 12 year old and we had a wonderful time. Every single staff member we came across in the swimming, arcade, restaurants and supermarket were really lovely and helpful, honestly couldn’t have been nicer. Whole place felt very safe. The pool is outstanding, even better than the centre parcs in England,, and my son was not stopped once as was noted in other reviews. We went 5 out of 7 days and my son did the slides activity one evening and had a fab time. Couple of minor issues - no toilet paper in bathroom when we arrived (would expect one roll which we would then top up), lots of dust underneath the bed so hadn’t been cleaned properly, no remote control for the tvs (not an issue for me as I took the firestick), and we had ants in the kitchen, but got rid of them quickly with ant spray. Supermarket stock was low on our day of arrival but fully stocked by next morning. Villages nature is close enough to Disney and the bus to and from the parks is easy (only takes cash so make sure you have change!) Buses run back from Disney til 1am - this was good for us as we went to a psg game on the Saturday evening and travel back required train back to Disney and then bus back to accommodation. All in all, I would definitely recommend and will most likely return.

- dirty lodge- needed a good clean - Square cushion for a pillow- bumpy - shop had no milk and little on shelves - one restaurant open in the evening and click and collect - absolute chaos! - swimming pool - dirty - foul smell in changing area. Didn't see anyone cleaning over 3 days. - bikes - very old - very grey industrial feel to park not like UK center parcs with trees snd woodland. - microwave oven - a family needs an actual oven! Positive Children loved: - bike hire - indoor play - farm - swimming lazy river and slides - lifeguards on duty and keeping children safe I would not return.

The lodges are incredible beds are very comfortable bowling is incredible but the water park you have to be 16 plus to go on slides without parents the lazy river you can’t go on without a parent you are not sable to walk around on your own without a adult not suitable for 9,10,11,12,13,14,15 and changing rooms are smelly and dirty.
