Back from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

It is unclear where the very good reviews come from - fake? Average room, a bit of mold in the bathroom, old hairdryer, no soap in the dispenser. Door with countless flaws. View from the balcony of the parking lot. Radiator with mysterious technology. Elevator from 1979. Breakfast also average for 4 stars, mediocre coffee, scrambled eggs from a packet. The best thing: Friday and Saturday there was a lot of construction work in the building - not announced, no price reduction. Rusty water in the pipes for minutes. No apology, but a long explanation of what we had to do. Not a second time!

We were absolutely happy to have found and stayed here. Although it seems like a retiree resort, the hotel is such an awesome place to spend some relaxing days here. The room is so spacious and come with a big balcony that faces the small pond and vineyard! Imagine waking up to such a view or enjoying sunset with it! The location is good as well. It’s so quiet, surrounded by wide hectares of vineyard. You can easily stroll around here enjoying quiet and relaxing time. It is also just a short 20mins drive to Baden-Baden city center. The breakfast was okay but I highly highly recommended to take their dinner package. The 3- or 4-course menu are superb! They change the menu everyday and the food is soooooo delicious! It’s definitely the highlight for us here! The staffs are also so friendly and warm. They make everyone comfortable and relaxed. We hope to come back again!
