Hotels near Love Bridge, Ayia Napa

Stayed a week at this little gem of a hotel. Arrived a bit later than the AI dinner service but was promtly given a snack bag by the reception staff. We were in the studios/apts at the back of the hotel and they were excellent. Loads of space for our toddler to run around and a great travel cot for the wee one aswell. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis and housekeeping staff always went out their way to give our daughter a little smile and a wave. Plastics at the pool glasses at the napa crown, made sence however would have prefered pints rather than halves when it came to the beer on the AI however not going to grumble to much anout that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, lunch and dinner service at the nelia beach was outstanding and was a nice touch for gardens guests to be able to stau and enjoy the evening entertainments along with AI drinks. The pool area was great, not massive and sunbeds where always available. Reception made our last day a bit more easier by granting us a late checkput, we had to move rooms for it but it allowed us to get freshened up propely before a long night of traveling home. Alot of complaints about bar staff on here but we never had any issues, smile at them, say hi and they will do the same in return, they are there to do a job and they do it well. Massive fan of the gardens and we hope to return in 2025! Keep up the great work ladies and gents!

The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. We chose this hotel due to the lounge area near the pool and bar as we prefer to sit in a chill environment opposed to a hotel with entertainment. On arrival we were shown our room. There was two paper bags each with a sandwich, apple and a carton of juice. This was a nice touch, but have had better in other hotels. The room was dated, as other guests have said. There was a funny, chemical smell in our room, the wooden furniture was blown from the condensation and the bath really needs to be replaced with a shower. Air-conditioning worked well and rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard daily. Only niggles were the balcony was not swept so sand from the beach was there for our entire stay and mirrors were not wiped down. Our first night was peaceful, but the following night and then for the next four nights we had some very load neighbourhoods who were next to us and directly opposite. They were going out at 2am shouting and coming back crashing furniture, being sick, shouting and on one evening howling like wolves. I reported this to guest relations on the first night who took the room numbers but nothing changed. Luckily they went home after the fourth night and we just slept in the sun bed through the day. We were all inclusive and cannot complain about the quality of the food and drinks. The three restaurants were absolutely amazing, Peeper bar being our favourite. In the hotel the cocktails were superb, however, the service was slow and took us a while to change from the quick service expected in the UK to the chilled environment of the Soma Lounge. We did feel that guests who were paying received a better service than those who were all inclusive. They were served quicker, more frequently and with a more friendly manner. I found this annoying as we were still paying, but we had just prepaid. It felt like the staff had the opinion that we were not worthy of the same level of service. Sun-beds were not an issue during our stay, there were still many available at 9am. Obviously the best positions around the pool had been reserved with towels, but we didn’t mind. As we entered the second week of our holiday we noticed a change over of guest which changed the subbed reservation dynamics and people began to reserve sun-bed between 6-7am. If you went out in the morning you were unlikely to get a subbed on your return. The food in Cloister was always delicious. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and often remembered what drink you were having with your meal. We were only ever offered one, but had usually finished our meal and returned to the Soma Lounge for another. The surrounding area was pleasant, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Some enjoyable excursions and the beaches are stunning! I am glad we chose this hotel as it was right in the middle of everything and a beautiful, peaceful oasis inside. From my point of view, they forgot one star, on Booking they are ranked only 4... 10 stars for the stuff! Lazarus - maitre is the best! The chef is a master of cooking. If you come just for a holiday, you will forget to live the fairytale of this place. It's fantastic!

Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

This was by far the worst 4* AI hotel we have ever stayed at. The food was over cooked and cold. I opened the microwave to heat my food and it was filthy dirty (dried food stained inside). Only one restaurant was open at any one time, and from day 3 there was only one restaurant open which was the outside, so no option to dine inside. Paying customers were given priority, resulting in a long wait to be served drinks. The pool area was not cleaned daily, and a bag of rubbish left by other guests was left on the poolside for 3 days. When we asked for the jacuzzi to be switched on, they finally turned it on after our 3rd time asking. The water in the jacuzzi was cloudy and black flakes came out from the jets which was mould and mildew (bacteria from human skin). We had some spots appear on our skin. My sister and her husband had already flown home at this point and they too had spots which the GP said was Folliculitis (caused by using poorly maintained pools/hot tubs). Our balcony was not clean (dirty ash tray with cigarette buts on arrival and only cleaned on day 3 when I requested this to be done). The toilet seat had tissue stuffed in the hole as a stopper that was missing and the sterilised ***** fell to the back when we lifted the lid which stayed there for several days so the toilet was not being cleaned properly. The poolside toilets were filthy dirty so I used the ones near the spa inside. Overall, a very poor stay that was certainly not worth the £3800 we paid.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area in Protaras a few steps away from the sea and five minutes drive from Protaras *****. It is a very beautiful new boutique hotel that worths its five stars. It is exactly as in the photos in the hotel website. It is very clean and smells so nice in all areas. The pools, sauna and hamam are never crowded and you can easily get a sunbed. The breakfast is great with a big variety of hot and cold choices and the coffee is just the best. The restaurant is beautifuly decorated with polite waiters and other staff. The hotel manager Mr Michalis is always around and solves efficiently any issue may arise. Special thanks for the suprise for my daughter's birthday! We would definetely choose this hotel again!

Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
