The hotel is nice, but if you're gluten-free or have any allergies, it's not the best choice. They handle allergies poorly and make little to no effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. On a positive note the swimming pool is nice. Rooms are clean and staff are quite friendly.

Had an amazing weekend stay at Napa Suites hotel. This was a first time visit to spend a break there, and I cannot recommend enough. The location is perfect with stunning views from the roof pool, during the day and watching the sun set early evening. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bedroom and bathroom facilities modern and fresh with excellent quality comfortable beds. Presented to an extremely high standard. The staff cannot be faulted for their friendly, professional and attentive attitude, and cannot wait to return!! Thank you all at Napa Suites

We stayed for 10 days in Napa Suites and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel staff is very friendly, accomodation was cleaned every day, the view on the rooftop is beautiful, breakfast was very good too with enough food for everybody and they filled it up as soon as it run out. We had no issue to find a place on the rooftop and there was always some nice lounge music played. Only disadvantage of the hotel is that you have to walk up the hill from the center but i do not take that into account of the rating.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms as spacious and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal, staff is super attentive. The rooftop pool is fantastic, you can order drinks and food and pay once you’re ready to leave. Only minus point was that i ordered bathrobes through the tablet in the room and never got them, iron i asked for was a bit old and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! They really pay attention to every little detail, which made the whole experience feel special. The food options were fantastic too—and everything was delicious. Plus, it was so nice and quiet without any kids around, which made it super relaxing. Definitely my new go-to spot for a peaceful getaway! :)

This hotel was not what I was expecting… in a bad way. The room was so noisy from The street, that I couldn’t sleep even at 5am. I tried to put the tv on to drown out the noise, however, the tv was not working properly and had no channels. The pool is nice but very small and very crowded. The breakfast was very good, however, everything else was ridiculously overpriced. I would not stay again
