Very nice.we had to pay 8 euros for umbrella when all nelia umbrellas were completely empty untill 2pm.People get ticket and not use them

The hotel’s All Inclusive option was very good value for money and the hotel was situated in a very convenient location of Ayia Napa which was of walking distance to a number of bars, beaches, restaurants, shops and the theme park. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The bath does not rinse, there are no robes, towels only for the body, the view with the description of the room that was booked does not match. You need to buy an adapter for the socket.. well, strange service. The air conditioner does not cool

It’s a very nice hotel near the center of ayia napa at a quiet place with pleasant people. Special thanks to the chef and mrs Myroulla that made our stay pleasant and also mrs Andria at the reception. It’s a renovated hotel, facing the sea with a nice pool. We’ll visit again
