Very delicious cuisine (Levant). The staff are very attentive to the little details that we ask for :)

we stayed there for the first time! we were 3 families with children. The rooms were clean. Although the kitchen could have been more well equiped, i.e cuttlery, washing liquid. Our booking was half board and to our surprise there was not a buffet for dinner. We were given 2 options to choose from. Thus, we did asked them to cook sth else for us, and they were eagered to help and served what we liked to eat. The owner and all employees were extremely polite. walking distance to Nissi avenue and Ayia Napa's square. 3 mini markets are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very friendly hotel. The staff go out of their way to look after you. Very nice rooms, and I cannot think of a negative thing to say. Try their Lebanese restaurant which is excellent. Thr pool area is very nice and the hotel is conveniently placed for restaurants and bars.

The hotel was in a good location and nice to look at. Rooms and outdoor areas on ground floor were not very private. The hotel was very noisy at night going into the morning hours. Staff were polite. Some things didn't make sense like a rangehood without a stove top and crockery and cutlery without dishwashing liquid, a sponge or tea towel. Tiles around pool dangerously slippery.

Best stay ever! so clean and staff were very accommodative, wished we stayed longer there! so close to the main ***** as well, many local stores and restaurants around the area, easy to get around, restaurant in hotel was also really good! great options!

Exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. breakfast is very poor room cleanliness was not so good staff were friendly they did not give us two keeys to keep the room cool pool was nice beverage menu was not that variant food menu should be more rich for a 4 star hotel

We had an excellent week staying at Zoi. Its location is central, yet a bit more quiet. The room was new, clean and especially the bathroom was nice. The pool area is great for relaxing. The staff and the owner were super helpful and nice, and made us feel really welcome. They were always looking to help us. And last but not least; The chef makes amazing lebanese food, and must be one of the coolest guys in Ayia Napa. The homemade lebanese food was an incredible experience we will never forget. If you dont want noise from the nightlife and the road at the height of the tourist season, ask for a room at the back.

Such an amazing stay in aiya napa! Everything from the hotel facilities to the staff, all aspects of this hotel were perfect. The Hotel owner was a very lovely man and made sure we all felt at home as well as his amazing staff who went above and beyond for their guests needs. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to multiple beaches, Nissi Avenue and even the nighttime *****. Despite this, I didn’t find it too noisy during the night as I also had a balcony overlooking the road next to the ***** and was worried I might not get much sleep but this was not the case. The hotel takes security very seriously which made me feel even safer to stay on the premises. In addition to this the hotel has a beautiful aesthetic, the best in the area by far. I traveled as a group of two couples looking for the perfect balance between a relaxing holiday and a good time partying and this hotel definitely delivered. I could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone considering travelling to aiya napa.
