Nissiana Hotel & Bungalows

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Ok place Ok place. Not on the beach, and if you are in nissiana bungalows it is 600m to beach. Decent walk when it’s hot. 5 stars for breakfast people.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for. The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great Location and Friendly Staff – Good for a Sho The hotel matched the pictures and met expectations for a 3-star stay. Some rooms are renovated, others need updating, but it's still fine. Reception staff were great—my flight was late, and they let me store luggage and use shower facilities after checkout. I only had breakfast, which was the same every day, so check food options if booking all-inclusive. Overall, it's a nice place, very close to the beach, and ideal for a short beach vacation.

We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so a lot of children running around. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
