The service was very good and caring, knowing that the child had an exam the next morning, and a free breakfast was specially arranged. It was originally not included in the breakfast. Such carefulness is rare in foreign service.

We had a 1 night stay in Austin and decided to try the W. It was a great choice, room was nicely decorated and roomy. I appreciated the small details like apples and water in the lobby. My favorite space was the lounge area with the massive vinyl record collection and that fireplace!

The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.

This hotel is a bit old and needs updating. The shower lacked hot water and the power outlets in the bathroom were inoperable. The headboard was old and tattered on one of the beds. Front desk employee was extremely pleasant and bubbly. Hotels are a bit pricey in Austin but if you want something a bit more current I recommend spending an extra 50-100 dollars. If you are in a pinch, this place is alright.

Clean hotel with nice amenities (although our shower took in excess of 2 minutes to heat up). Perfectly located near the bustle of sixth street and a short walk to South Congress. We stayed over the weekend and the hotel was full of drunk university students, which meant noise at all hours. We added an additional night and our stay was soured when on checkout we were charged an extra $65; the staff member refused to honour the rate quoted by her colleague a day prior.

Participate in the preferred hotel of the annual Southwestern South. From the second floor, you can go directly to the main venue in the south-southwest. The bar on the top floor is also very good! recommend! recommend! The only short board is so expensive, nearly $700 a night!

GGuest UserThis was a first staying at a Canopy by Hilton; what an amazing location! From the minute of walking in the front door, you are met with a ”fresh breath of air” ambiance! The staff, especially Leonard, Heidi, and Jordyn, taking care of every detail of my stay was perfection...great attention to detail, professionalism, and personality!! Every detail from the cleanliness of the room, the bar, and Verbena (the restaurant) was fantastic! You MUST have dinner at Verbana. Highly recommended for a quick weekend stay or a stayation in downtown Austin.

A spit point: the remaining potato chips in the ice bucket are still there when they check in and leave the store. It can be seen that the ice bucket is really not cleaned. The small flaw problem is not big and does not affect the recommendation.
Although there is no bottled water supply in the room, there is an ice maker and filtered drinking water (ice and room temperature) next to the elevator, it is also good from an environmental perspective.

Down the street from Franklins BEST brisket in Austin 😝
Friendly check in , pool is perfect for summer weather! Gave cleanliness a 4 bc toilet didn’t not work first day and when send plumber to fix he has to go out and buy a part that needed replacement due to not being maintained. Took half a day to get fixed and couldn’t use restroom to 💩
After new part was installed , toiled flushed and at times got stuck so we had to turn of the water from bottom of toilet and turn back in for feces to flush 😩
Other than that, we were closed to many locations assessable on lime light scooter. Friend lobby held our bags last day for us to explore and we’re kind enough to deliver pre stamped postcards ♥️
