Convenient location but do check your bill after stay. I got charged to my credit card and it's a hassle to contact the hotel. No email or number. Only thru trip.com

Nice stay with a very good breakfast

Clean hotel with nice amenities (although our shower took in excess of 2 minutes to heat up). Perfectly located near the bustle of sixth street and a short walk to South Congress. We stayed over the weekend and the hotel was full of drunk university students, which meant noise at all hours. We added an additional night and our stay was soured when on checkout we were charged an extra $65; the staff member refused to honour the rate quoted by her colleague a day prior.

Nice hotel, great downtown location, excellant staff and service. Rooms are well kept, and ajointed Starbucks for early birds. No private parking but valet parking and attendants are very professional.

Staying here was okay, but don’t overlook that they valet only so it’s an additional fee per night. Also the water would take a minute to heat up in the showers anywhere from 5-10 minutes. It is downtown Austin, so convenient however that means very difficult to get around with the streets and people. Court yard is usually a go to in my books, but I would look at other near by hotels for standards I had in mind. Keep Austin weird, stay in a swanky building instead

Great location, clean, easy access to all of the amenities, the kids said the pool water was warm and felt so great, love all the charging choices in the room, great view. We enjoyed our stay!

Top notch service from the opening of our Uber doors, to a swift check in and complimentary water. Rooms were clean and the air was cool. Walkable to all downtown areas.
