I had a great stay. This was my second time staying here. The only thing I want to mention is my windows looking out to the city were super dirty. Also, the mattress and pillow top was not super comfortable. It gave me a back ache every morning. Other than that, all was great!

Hotel was very nice with great staff, beautiful room. But small things were annoying: poor WiFi, few outlets, fridge not working, hard to get temp right.

Perfect location making many sites walkable. Staff were all very attentive with even the valets knowing our names after the first day. Lovely breakfast in their small restaurant. Food was very good and Frederick the waiter was lovely. He remembered our specific requests from the previous day. Wonder stay!

The hotel overall was nice but the restaurant did not have pancakes available two days in a row for breakfast. Not sure how that happens

We enjoyed the walkable location. The staff that checked us in was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff was great. We enjoyed the bar and patio. When you pay over $300 per night, how about providing a decent toilet paper? Sheesh!

Splendid old hotel in the heart of Austin. Delightful in every way. We hope to return sometime for more than one night because one wasn't enough.
