My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect.
Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row.
The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive.
Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day.
Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly.
The room was clean as expected with all the amenities.
The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend SXSW.
It was a very clean and well-maintained hotel.
It was also easily accessible, about a 10-minute drive from the airport.
I included breakfast, and it was a buffet for 3 days,
and I had to order for the remaining 6 days.
Is this a true American breakfast...?! It was so voluminous that I couldn't finish it, but the staff were very helpful and I was very satisfied!

It's really bad. I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service. I booked for 3 nights, and the sanitation hasn't been cleaned until the third day. My girlfriend and I sometimes get hotels just to get away from the norm of our routines. We stayed here for one such occasion and had a fantastic time!
The room decor is a bit dated but, the people made all the difference! We had a great time hanging out at the bar with other patrons and played guitar with our bartender. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was outdated on the inside and outside. You had to buy breakfast and it was horrible. The furnishings were very old in the room. My daughter and her family were in a different room and got woke up at 3am with security banging on the door wanting to know what they were doing; her husband told them they were sleeping. But security wanted to come in and look. And earlier in the evening she was going to take a shower but found all of the towels in the bathtub from the former guest. This is very unacceptable. I will not stay here again.

The bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain. The room was not clean. Unfortunately the pictures online were deceiving, and the fridge in the room wasn’t working. The staff were friendly and the bar area was nice.

Nice hotel, close to downtown. Great service, food at restaurant good. Pool to close to freeway, very noisy.
