No breakfast included. Whereas the we site says and our booking clearly stated that breakfast is included. Very disappointed as there is nothing worthwhile nearby. Will not come here again.

Car got broken into and zero concern from staff or management. Very poor service. I’ve stayed here many times and typically good experience.

Staff was very friendly but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom which was dirty and poorly stocked.

Would stay here again! Just wish there was coffee.... We were 4 persons in a two queen beds room. 3 small coffee bags (1 cup) for all of us for two nights... Should be easy to offer guests a cup of coffee in the lobby...

It was a convenient location, close to I-35 and easy access to the highway, and I also had a very clean room, recently remodeled, comfy bed, and overall friendly staff (the overnight guy wasn't the most friendly, just played on his phone in the back office every time I saw him).
The area outside left a little to be desired, but that's most of Austin these days unless you're willing to pay $200-$300 in addition to a ridiculous parking fee to be closer to downtown. No thanks!

Once I checked into my room I did notice that In the mini fridge there we multiple roaches and black mold in there. On top of that it wasn’t working. I did notice that there were stains on the head board and looked like it wasn’t cleaned all the way properly. I have to admit I did ask for a second room which was much better.
