Only complaint was an big, old, noisy HVAC unit that required frequent adjustments to maintain a desired temperature.

It is a good hotel, however, they did not made up our rooms during our stay (2 nights). We forgot something at the fridge, called the hotel, and were back to pick it up together with our luggage, however what we forgot on the fridge, never came back

I found the night desk woman very short and had an attitude of "you are not very important and you are taking up my time."
Also, does anyone smile at this place.
Room was not what I expected for a hotel with the Hilton brand.

The front staff and restaurant were understaffed - but very efficient and accommodating! We ordered room service and the order wasn't right. We called the front desk and the manager brought up the missed items immediately. Very nice staff. Very comfortable room. Super clean.
