Very friendly staff, check-in/out super smooth. The room was comfortable but super noisy : it faces one of the main “interstate?” or Atlanta ring and noise insulation is very poor. One would expect better for such hotel. Location is great… building quality should be better.

Equipment old, others OK. You can rewards if you are a Hilton honor member.

Great location and friendly staff. Everything was great except the room got very stuffy at night. Could desperately use a humidifier.

Hotel representative referred us to a nearby restaurant for delivery (Metro Diner) and we never received our food, we were left with an $82 bill for food we never received & the hotel could only apologize. Hotel parking is hectic, parking availability is limited. Hotel room should’ve came with a microwave.

Their service is good only there are no bathroom slippers inside the toilet

Overall, this hotel met my expectation. The only exception is the AC. It worked well at the very beginning, however, once the fan speed was set to low, the engine suddenly became quite noisy.

Old rooms. Location is ok. But would be nicer if they could offer free early check in.

Hotel does not have a pleasant smell when you walk in could use some air fresher, new lights on the outside sitting area is needed bad, towels are rough

Overall great experience I never have any problems staying there best thing about staying there is Trader Vic’s 10/10 recommend

Good location if you want to be in Downtown Atlanta.

On a busy day, can take upto 15 minutes till you get into the elevator. Rooms are standard, a little bit old but clean

Wonderful and amazing experience. We were on the 21 floor and the view was amazing. The location is great too, near from all attractions. I will definitely recommend it!
