The room is located in a relatively quiet and safe area. It's quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's not far from Syntagma Square, and you can easily get there by walking or public transport. You can also take a pleasant walk to the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Acropolis. This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

The location is great, with supermarket, convenience store, key attractions such as the Acropolis museum and Planka within walking distance. But they don’t have dedicated parking lots. Basically the parking in the first picture is all they have. Enough for 2 cars and if your car is inside… you’re stuck till the car in front goes. The staff told us to park along the streets nearby which is common in Athens. Let’s just say finding parking is an experience and the first night I gave up and parked in a paid parking lot which cost 25 euros for overnight parking… and the next day happened to be a weekend and they only open at 10am so our plans to start off early for a road trip was delayed. Lesson: if you are not driving… this is a fantastic option. But if you are driving, especially if it’s a big car… consider another place with dedicated parking.

This is definately not a 5 star hotel. I can’t understand how it’s been given that ranking. The room was definitely not the same as the picture. The carpet in the room was old and faded. The decor looked like it was from when it was first built or updated, at least 30+ years ago. The bathroom in the executive room was worse than Butlins basic accommodation in the U.K., and that’s saying something. The yellow sofa in the grand reception area was tired and dirty. I definitely would never stay there again or recommend to anybody. The majority of the staff were unfriendly. The waiters in the dining room never even looked at you. We had to go to them to request tea and coffee with our breakfast and it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We stayed in the hotel as part of a fully inclusive cruise booking. The cruise company Iglu cruises must have got a really good deal with them. The hotel was full of people on fully inclusive deals. Definitely not five star. More like 2 star in my opinion.

Very convinient location, right next to Acropolis. The suburb feels safe and quiet. The rooftop terrace has amazing view of Acropolis, and hotel services was excellent. Thanos at receptor was very friendly and most helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The neighborhood is clean and safe, making it very convenient to get to the Acropolis and museums. Breakfast offers coffee and fresh-squeezed juice service, and the buffet has a wide variety of options. The rooftop restaurant, located on the right side of the bar area for guests, has a great atmosphere and views, especially overlooking the Acropolis at night, though it is a bit pricey.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the Acropolis area, and the absolute highlight is the rooftop where you can enjoy distant views of the Acropolis. The restaurant is also on the top floor, allowing you to admire this famous landmark while having breakfast. The facilities are average, but the cleanliness is decent. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and being able to speak English made communication very easy.

We stayed at Heritage Hill Hotel Athens for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended many nice places for us to visit and enjoy during our time in Athens. A special mention also goes to Agni, who took care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly helpful, provided excellent service, and had such a warm and lovely attitude that made our mornings even better. The hotel location is also very convenient, as it is very close to the Acropolis, just one train station away. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the shower — the water pressure was great, and the water temperature was perfect. The hot water was just right. On top of that, their olive oil shampoo was amazing as well. If we come back to Athens again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful, clean, and very convenient apartment in a peaceful part of Athens. Walkable to many main sights, with a bus stop right outside and the metro 100 m away. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, great amenities, plus a washer and dryer. Only minor note to a cleaning team: a couple of hairs in the guest bedroom, but otherwise spotless. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Good value quality accomodation with nice lounge and kitchen. Local area noisy and not ideal for some, but very close to the centre anda $5 Taxi or Uber fixes that and saves loads on the stay. Service was punctual and effective, although all remotely done. I would stay here again.

The location was excellent, could walk easily to Acropolis in less than 5 mins. The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The design of the city view room tried to consolidate some common area at the entrance and bathroom, making it a little odd. No rooftop restaurants or swimming pool, was caught by surprise when the staff told me in an oddly upset way that it’ll be closed permanently for 1.5 years (not sure what that meant).
