The hotel is not in the center, and the window of our room looks directly at the ”government department”. The first time was in Nursultan. A beautiful new city with hotels, warm, clean rooms, courteous staff and delicious food, this is a complete choice for travelers. In fact, they are very satisfied.

LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

I really like it this hotel! Great location in Astana , close to airport, close to Expo Astana , you can go by walk to Mega Silk Way shopping center. Tasty and freshly breakfast. I would like to mention Elmira manager, thank you so much for your hospitality, very friendly, professional and positive attitude lady ! I wish her all the best and success in career . Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.
