There was a amazing experience, i just felt that I am in heaven of this world .the staff ,room service was great and all the people who worked there were so coperative and helpfull. the pool was perfect and it was cleaned properly,and if I get another chance I may visit and stay in this hotel another time i loved this hotel and rooms a lot .

would Surely NOT RECOMMEND. it Looks good ONLY in pictures. In reality the foom was FULL OF COCKROACHES everywhere in BED, BLANKET, FRIDGE, BATHROOM EVERYWHERE. We were there for new business tie-ups, inspite of it I received worst ever experience. TERRIBLE PART- Mr Alok keeps saying "I am selling rooms cheaper. so you will get the services accordingly." trust me ... Horrible service and hospitality NO COFFEE MUGS. they have smallest cups, tea coffee bags not refilled daily. they hesitate/avoid to replace. maid washed the cups it in the same bathroom basin and put the same without cleaning. NO HOT WATER. NO pressure in shower. Worst if you think of bathing after beach visit. Bedsheets were literally torned and they didnt change Even once in 5 DAYS STAY. Everyday cleaning IS NOT PART OF THE SERVICE. Commode was unclean, Doors were jammed and was not getting locked. and owner tried to convince me on the same. included breakfast is another Funny story. They dont provide spread. 5 veg & 1 nonveg option available and ONLY 1 DISH PER PERSON IS COMPLIMENTARY. for extra dish you have to pay as per the rates. Inspite of genuine reason and Agoda was ready to cancel booking and waive off the fees, The owner straight away denied to co-operate. NO good co-ordinater. pretty harsh unprofessional and rude to talk. THINK THRICE if you are going for this. worth spending little more on stay, but choose something better.

The trip to Goa was the best in my tour so far and the most special one was the place where I stayed, such good and better service, atmosphere like home, and the behavior of the staff and owner here was very, very good. Thank you very much Anup Ji (owner of resort)

We booked a room for 8 nights and they were super comfortable the host praveen and team is a nice guy and can help you in almost everything you would need. Looking forward to visit again soon. Good one!!

The resort is very close to the beach of Arambol (around 700m). The rooms are well-kept, and the staff is pleasant and cooperative. There is a garden area where you can spend time with friends or family. If you want to spend quality time with your family in peace, I recommend staying at this resort.

The place is at a great location , very near to arambol beach. Resort staff and owner are very helpfull , the rooms are great ( clean and has all the amenities) and the service is pretty fast. Awesome place to to stay in goa

Very nice place with such a good hospitality by parveen. The ambience is so good that you wont feel like leaving. The food is good and budget friendly. Rooms are very clean. The best part was having a refrigerator in the room. The place is near to the beach. On the way to the beach comes an amazing ******* bakery and many cafes.

Stayed here while having one of the best trips of my life. Would recommend 10/10! Excellent food, service and rooms. Rooms are commodious and come with a fridge and a TV. Bathrooms are quite spacious and clean!
