服務設施都很到位的一家酒店，房間很大，距離殷墟博物館很近，停車也方便，房間乾淨衞生，隔音好。去古街昌巷街和文峯塔走路，一會就到了，旁邊還有文化街和美食街。對於我這樣喜歡歷史的人，特別友好

入住這個酒店是因為離各大景點殷墟、文字博物館、袁林、都非常近，去文峯塔、倉巷街古城 步行即可到達為我們節省了交通時間。酒店位置真是得天獨厚。一進門美麗的前台小姐姐就熱情的給開門拿行李，還給特意介紹了各大景點的典故出處和附近的特色美食，服務非常專業。房間面積很大，乾淨整潔温馨舒適，設施一應俱全，隔音效果好，住起來非常舒服。酒店每個員工的服務態度都非常好，熱情周到，樓下餐廳用餐可以直接房費扣除，特別人性化。真正讓我們感受到了家的温暖。此外，酒店的停車場寬敞方便。上下兩層，早餐中西餐自助種類豐富，口味佳，營養均衡，讓我們在旅途中保證了充足的能量。總之，這家酒店無論從地理位置、房間大小、服務態度，還是停車和早餐方面，都給我們留下了深刻的印象。下次再來旅遊，我還會選擇這家酒店!

在這個酒店斷斷續續有住過兩三年了，最噁心的一次，我4月21號上午退房，我退房後有十幾分鍾，有一個電話我當時開車沒顧上接，晚上六點多跟酒店打過去我才知道是上午那個電話是酒店打的，我打過去電話問酒店我遺落在房間手串的事，酒店也告訴我上午給我打電話沒接，就是要告訴我，問我哪個房間核實後告訴我退房查房呢發現一個手串，我還專門叮囑保留好，我過幾天去拿，結果在5年3號晚上去酒店取我的手串，前台沒找到，在那等了有大概一個小時最後結論是那個負責八樓的服務員下班了，也聯繫不上，明天等上班了給我回話，結果今天中午等到十一點左右，酒店沒人回覆，最終也就是微信的結果

零壓房，床墊不怎麼軟，可以説是我住的零壓房最不滿意的一次，洗澡間和衞生間是分開的，洗澡間特別小，衹能夠一個人站，轉身就會碰到臟臟的牆壁，洗澡間內的百葉窗全是黑點，很嫌棄，百葉窗關不嚴實，晚上洗澡間挺亮的，地上的地毯emm挺臟的，離火車站有兩三公里，位置不太好，周邊衹有一個海底撈印象滙能遊玩，值得一提的是房間的構造和裝修還不錯，小燈挺好看的，本來是訂了兩天準備續住一天，然後剛住了一天就立馬把續住取消了，165一晚的零壓房，床墊和枕頭實在不敢恭維
