When I walked into my hotel room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk, and they kindly switched me to a different room. Great customer service! Also, they have fresh fruit, which is a plus.

Hotel location is good because its in front of Anyang railway station, but station is noisy a little bit. I need ear plug to sleep.
Service is good and room is clean enough. Bathroom is big.

Very satisfied! Right next to the train station, very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded our room for free. We stayed for three nights and slept well every night. Highly recommended to travelers visiting Anyang!
