Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The place is the center of old town Antalya. The hotel has only 6-7 rooms. Do try the best burgers from the restaurant below. The breakfast spread was lavish and beautifully done. The rooms were small but as such no disturbance from outside as we slept late only after partying outside. We drove from the airport and it wasn’t a problem at all. They have a garden where you can park your car for free. All touristy place is old town is walking distance. On our way to Pamukkale we stopped at Salda Lake which is a beautiful piece of nature in the middle of no where. Do play with Ranch he is a 6 month Lab very enthusiastic to play with you.

He went over and beyond as a welcoming, helpful, kind, interractive, and accomodating staff member. The type of person that makes you feel like you want to stay there. Dealt with many staff there....lets just say that he is an asset to this hotel. Bring earplugs to ensure a good sleep. Its not uncommon for any hotel to have cats or dogs on site. I do appreciate that the majority of hotels in Turkey take very sweet care to keep their animals safe and fed.

My two good friends and I are spending a few days in Antalya before we head to Kas for a week swim trip. We are blown away with the beauty of our suite and its beautiful decor and attention to detail. We have a two-room suite with lovely living area and small kitchen for a remarkably reasonable price. It is beautifully furnished with soft blues and lightening, impeccably clean and comfortable. The room is pin-drop quiet and is in separate building from the main hotel behind a secure locked gate and surrounded by bougainvillea and pomegranate trees. The setting is perfect, right in the charming old town close to old town attractions, the beach, restaurants and markets. The provided breakfast in their restaurant down the cobbled street was generous and delicious. And all the staff have been gracious and helpful, going out of their way to be helpful. This is a gem and highly recommend it!

Stopped with his sister in November, and we crazy liked this place, found it quickly and immediately booked! The hotel is located in the Old City of Kaleichi, 3 minutes walk from a beautiful sunset park on the sea and mountains and center. Very beautiful garden, here grow grenades, greyfruit, lemon trees, lots of greens, and in itself the place is very atmospheric and creative, lots of beautiful paintings, details of the interior, also very hospitality, good, open, responsive staff, We were cooking delicious, saturated, diverse and beautiful breakfasts in the garden every morning, the place is very quiet and cozy, like the oasis, a lot of cats walking around the territory. In the rooms there are all necessary, comfortable and clean, our room went out to the garden, very beautiful, quiet and quiet. Also very much I want to note the crazy good and warm attitude of the hotel owners, before leaving to the airport we were treated with Turkish coffee, we communicated with the host, we also had gasification, helped with suitcases! We spent very well time, thank you very much!

The people of Antalya are very kind. Many enthusiastic people took the lead in guiding us and telling us where to stay and how to get there. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is calm and the breakfast is authentic and rich in content. The facilities are not the best, they are small villas, there are few rooms and it is a little difficult to control the temperature of the rain. Everything else is fine.

The rooms were very cute and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and pleasant to speak to. The only downsides are that the walls are super thin and we could not get the tv to work. (Not the staff’s fault) We also had a problem with toilet paper. We were three people in one room and we used a lot of it. We had to ask the staff for a new roll of toilet paper every single day. When the staff came with the toilet paper, they only brought one each time. It was getting tiring to ask. Overall, this place was lovely and we will definitely come back.

The hotel has a very good location right at the marina. At first they offered me a dark room that was half in the basement, I didn’t want to take it, so I had to pay 25 euro extra per night for the room that was facing the street and was noisy until about 1am. They are a busy hotel with many customers, so no personalized service there. They were able to help me book the pcr test at the hotel though. No early check ins or late checkouts were available
