It was a pleasant and pleasant experience to choose the Hilton Hotel when traveling in Anji. The hotel is newly opened and decorated. The facilities are perfect and clean. The location is about three kilometers from the city center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It is far from the lobby. From far away, I saw the busy Ms. Vicky with fair skin. She was very gentle and patient. She helped us check in and upgraded our room. Thank you very much and told us that we can contact her at any time if we have anything to do. Big thumbs up and thank you for being mentally prepared for the noisy door decoration before checking in. There is also a clear reminder on Ctrip. There are earplugs prepared in the room for two nights, and it was quiet without being noisy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are very bright, clean and bright. The bathroom is well separated and avoids getting wet everywhere~ I have to say that I had the most comfortable meal in Anji for three days It’s the hotel’s wontons. The young lady is freshly wrapped. The handsome guy next to the fresh meat wontons is doing his best. Delicious wontons are just fine~ Please enjoy the experience~

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

The overall environment of the hotel is good~ the room is simple and clean, the sound insulation in the room is better, the sleep is quieter and more reliable, the service staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, give a 5-star praise, and I will come again next time

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

I have been in the cage for a long time, and I have returned to nature. This trip to Jialebi, I experienced a different taste. The room is very comfortable and the parking is very convenient. The hotel is located in the mountains. Because of the epidemic, although there were not many people, the one who impressed me the most was Cheng Shuai at the front desk. He was very kind and did a good job from check-in to check-out. Not being able to experience the happiness of Tangquan this time is also paving the way for my next visit. I believe the hotel will get better and better and more prosperous.

The renovated Yuantong Hotel has a smaller lobby, but the rooms are cleaner and tidy. It is suitable for business travel customers. It is more cost-effective. The location is very convenient in the city. It is the first choice for Anji

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Location: Maison Plaza is across the street. There is a Maison Supermarket and some restaurants. It can be said to be very convenient. Because it is a self-driving tour, it is all about driving to the attractions, and parking is not annoying. Hygiene status: I highly recommend this one for those traveling with children! Really satisfied! Every corner is cleaned very clean, such as windowsills and windows along the bedside sockets, these places that children love to explore are not ash, the children's favorite car beds and building blocks are disinfected and clean, and the cleaning is really attentive. Parent-child facilities: car beds, tents, building tables, bedside tables are tire-style, very sleek, no table corners, baby shampoo and shower gel are prepared, the details are handled well, it is recommended that the parent-child room can add a child in the future The footstool makes it easier for children to wash their hands. Catering part: The breakfast part is the most satisfying. There are many things that children can eat, and there are also freshly cooked noodles. Then there is a Chinese restaurant on the third floor. The Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine is quite satisfactory, and the price is moderate. In terms of service: the hotel service can be said to be very attentive. There are welcome fruits during check-in. The hotel staff are very warm and kind, and the response speed is very fast, especially the front desk staff Mr. Wang Hui! ! ! ! My baby likes him very much. He is professional and enthusiastic, with a friendly attitude and good service. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

I am satisfied with my stay at Ding ShangYi hotel. The most important is that i felt very comfortable while being on an escape to relax myself in this hotel. The staffs provides easy & professional service, feeling being well looked after in this property. Upon check-in, i could refresh myself with unlimited complimentary two types of iced tea and cookies, surely most hotels doesn't provide this. I slept peacefully day as well as night as the environment is always very quiet inside and around the hotel. I love the bed coz it's specially comfortable. I had my dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, it was all a few seafood dishes, i must say that the Chef truly emphasizes on quality and visual/presentation. After dinner my 4 friends and i went for karaoke which is right next to the hotel, very convenient indeed. I came across Mr. Avi, the lobby manager, we chatted for a while, he told me that he has been serving in this hotel for the past 8 years. Wow! I've been to quite a few hotel in China, surely never came across a foreigner working for so long in a hotel. This guy speaks 6 different languages, including Chinese mandarin. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends who'll want to travel to Anji.
