Grand New Century Resort Anji Huzhou

This is my second stay at Anji Zhuboyuan Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. There is also a balcony in the room, which is very comfortable. The scenery outside the balcony is beautiful. The air quality is good. The front desk service attitude is also very good👍If the breakfast is richer and more varied. I believe the occupancy rate will be higher👍

The room was very comfortable and clean, much better than I imagined before I came here. I slept very well every day, and the location was convenient. All the hotel staff I met were very friendly. When I parked at the gate, there were staff to help with the luggage and guide the parking place. I had a pleasant holiday here and will choose to stay again next time!

The breakfast was rich, and there were children's plates, which was very suitable for family stay. The front desk was very good and enthusiastic, and saw a child and took the initiative to give a panda doll. I will come again next time!

There are quite a few staff members in the hotel who look like interns. They are very good and work hard, but their business ability is average. For example, some children did not ask and I had to ask for slippers and toiletries myself (another older staff member took the initiative to tell the guests). There are too many people staying in the hotel but the service cannot keep up. There are so many people for breakfast that the scene is a bit chaotic. There is no queue management at the door, no flow control, and the staff are working hard to take everyone to the table, but I really haven't encountered such a scene for a long time. The buffet variety is average, although it is not expensive. There are no people in the same restaurant as breakfast in the evening. The naughty castle is very small, and the female ticket seller at the door is very rude and has a stern face. If you say one more word, it's like you owe her money. The toilet and bathing facilities in the room are not blocked. There is no partition next to the bed, which has a big impact on the sleeping person when using the facilities. The advantage is that the hotel is at the entrance of the Bamboo Expo Park, the surrounding environment is good, and you can go to a cafe next to it. I feel that if it weren't for May Day, the price would be much cheaper, and the experience would be much better.

The hotel is opposite the Bamboo Expo Park, not far from the county town and scenic spots. There is a small arcade on the first floor, which adds to the fun. The breakfast variety is average, there are many people eating on holidays, the reception capacity is average, some people cut in line to get food, and there are also people who take bread with their hands and put it back to its original place. There is no management, I hope it will be improved in the future.
