The official hotel of the park is so pink, the room is very clean and spacious, the breakfast is rich, and there are Hello Kitty elements everywhere. The old mother and the baby are all melted by it😍😍I bought a two-day admission + one-night stay package, which also provides breakfast. It is really a good deal. I scanned the code in the hotel room to book the stunning travel photography. The whole process was very funny. The photographer was also very good. The shooting rate of less than an hour was really high. The cost performance is very high. I like it❤ Overall, I am very satisfied. The park is not big, but it is super suitable for little babies. Those who are over 107 cm tall can basically go through all the amusement facilities in the park. There are also float parades and stage plays. The baby is super happy 🙂🙂

I was worried when I saw some bad reviews, but I found it very good after I came. The view from the room was amazing, and there were snacks and drinks. Ms. Wang Yiqin at the front desk was very professional and could solve our problems immediately. She was very considerate and thoughtful. I will come again next time.

The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast, if purchased separately, is not cost-effective, a bit expensive, and there are not many styles.

We booked a deluxe twin room with a view on June 1st. When we checked in, we asked the guy at the front desk to give us some advice and drive to a room with a better view. As a result, the short guy with a big head and a very honest look gave us room 3048. When we went in and opened the curtains, we were shocked. This is not a room with a view! It must be a ** theme room. My child said that it felt like someone would crawl out! You must not take the room with a view on the 3rd floor, because there is no view from the low floor. Later, we waited for the waiter to come and change us to the 5th floor. Room 5038 is much better, but the outer glass is very dirty, and the inner glass is also greasy. My child and I wiped the curtains. The Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator are free, but the room and the front desk will not tell you. The deposit for weekend check-in will not be refunded until Monday. After asking, I was told that the finance department is not working on weekends (isn’t it automatic by the system?). All other hotels have refunded the deposit after leaving the hotel!

It's a pity to waste such a nice castle. The room facilities are also good. The front desk is messy. There is a strange smell in the lobby, corridor and room. The towel smells like the smell of baby's milk. Other five-star hotels smell clean as soon as you enter the door. This hotel feels dirty everywhere. The breakfast also feels like a cheap hotel. If this hotel is operated by an international five-star chain, it will be much better. Really, this operation and service are a waste of resources.
