La habitación no estaba limpia, el baño sucio, tuve que llamar para que me recibieran la llave de la habitación e hicieran el aseo correspondiente, te levantas por la mañana y no hay nadie en la recepción! Habíamos venido en febrero de 2020 y era excelente el servicio y atención, ahora en 2023 deja mucho que desear la atención, una lástima, espero que puedan mejorar. Nos cambiamos de hotel por estás dificultades, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
