Stayed here to visit the Anaheim Convention Hall.
I was satisfied with the location as it was a 15-minute walk.
The price is cheap around here.
Don't expect any facilities.

We had booked 4 nights into Room 112 and then 48 hours later are told we had to check out - after numerous calls and visits to the front desk, I was told our reservation had disappeared from the system and later, that it had been confused with room 121, a couple from Tijuana. we ended up staying and the parking fee was waived $10 per day). That night there was heavy banging footsteps in the room above -- I called front desk as midnight then again at 2 30AM when it stopped
then again at 6 30AM when the banging started over again - this went on the next night as well and I was happy to check out on Saturday -- they charged me $20US which still ahs not been resolved. We DO NOT recommend this place and it is misrepresented as 2 bedrooms when it is one separate bedroom with 2 queen beds in the living room. --- we left exhausted and feeling abused with he confusion adn the noise

My kids loved the bunk bed room. The layout was very convenient and nice, however the rooms and furniture need some updating and repairs. Staff was great and the maid service was excellent cleaning everything. It is just a little old and the room doors and furniture need to be fixed up

I liked the big mirrors, but the room looks old, the couch arm is damaged. The paint needs to be redone. The staff at check-in she is sweet but not professional at all. There was not much of explanation. She just handed the map, the parking permit, and the key card.

It was like sleeping on a freeway. Loudest room I've booked in thirty years of travel. Had to wait to check in as no staff were anywhere to be found. Room was clean and the breakfast was convenient and staff were very pleasant.
Would not stay here again simply because it was almost impossible to sleep.

Great location and wonderful breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lot of traffic noise- it sounded like the window was open even though it wasn't.

Feel very unsafe. People screaming all night outside our room. Room on top super noise we could hear every step they took. Very old looking. Not staying here ever again.

The front desk staff was super friendly and made sure we got a “princess themed” room for our little princess. The room itself was very clean and in great shape. The beds were also very comfortable. This will be the only place we stay from now on, whenever we have Disney trips.
