Very good location, very clean, nice facilities, friendly staff

The location was great very central , wasn't impressed with washing facilities en suite had no body soap filled up was empty after a long trip to get there shower head had to be used holding it as it didn't fit on the wall no bin in the room either disapointing for the price

It was quite a experience! The location was perfect and the rooms were trippy as well. I miss Amsterdam gonna se you soon Di-Ann.

Better then nothing

Staff was friendly and the location is unbeatable, but I don’t think I’d recommend this place to anyone unless your only desire is to take things from the “coffeeshops” to your room’s balcony; the rooms are old and dirty, and the bathroom is small and also smelly (like matches?). The floor was dusty and full of dead bugs, and the window didn’t close properly. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel.

Not too bad.

The location was great, although you have to climb some steep stairs to get to the office on the second floor so it may not be ideal for people with large luggage.

Excellent experience, very good welcome, very friendly staff, the room was very nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the bathroom there was everything you could need, I recommend it 100%

If you want to sleep well, please don't come! In addition to the noisy outside at night, there are endless bugs everywhere on the bed and walls to make you itchy all over! Anyway, the sanitation of the check-in environment is so poor that I don’t even want to give it a star. And people with big luggage are also advised not to choose this one! Because there is no elevator, the stairs are very small and difficult to walk.

The location is great with attractions such as the Anne Frank House, supermarkets and a tram station just a short walk away. However, there were steep stairs as soon as I entered, and it was hard to go up with my suitcase. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and insulated, and it's cold in the winter if you don't have your clothes on. Because it faces the main street, I was worried about the sound of cars and trams and the sound of the surrounding rooms.

Staff at the reception was always friendly and polite. Location is great, 5 min away from the Royal Palace by foot. Bed was comfortable. The only note I would make has to do with the stairs. The entrance to the reception has really steep stairs, which are typical for Amsterdam. For me, it wasn't a problem. But for people with large suitcases or mobility limitations, it might be an issue.

I knew the hotel wasn't 5-star but it was a lot dirtier than expected. A lot of dust build up. The service was good but the quality of the hotel was just not up to par for the price. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere.
