De modo geral, é um bom hotel, instalações ainda um pouco antigas, porém quarto limpo, café da manhã bom, atendimento ok. Nada que faça querer voltar de tão bom, mas nada que comprometa um retorno.

Na primeira hospedagem o quarto era melhor que esta última hospedagem.
O atendimento continuou muito cordial e atencioso e a indicação do restaurante Casqueiro foi nota 10.

O hotel é ótimo, quarto bastante confortável. Café da manhã é ok para uma viagem de lazer em final de semana. Achei apenas que um hotel desse porte poderia ter alguma opção de lazer, mas de resto achei tudo muito bom e os funcionários muito educados.

não entedi direito mais tem cheiro que não sei se é o banheiro ou o vapor da agua não consegui achar, trocamos de quarto mais mesmo assim, pelo preço que pagamos ficamos em um quarto um pouco desepcionante pois o ar não era split e os banheiros muito antigos, e verificando existiam quartos bem melhores. Do restante acho que tudo ok, café razoavel limpeza foi boa mais o que decepcionou mais foi o cheiro, as acomodações também o quarto poderia ser melhor.

Banheiro muito antigo, apesar de limpo a aparência das louças sanitárias dão um aspecto ruim. A ducha funciona muito bem.
Foi pedido um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas o que encontramos foi uma de casal e uma de criança. Somente 1 travesseiro, mas quando solicitado o segundo, fomos atendidas prontamente, apesar da camareira querer "conferir" a ausência do segundo travesseiro. O café da manhã bem servido.
A localização é o ponto forte. Pertinho do centro, da rodoviária e da saída para Serra Negra. A equipe foi bem atenciosa. Dá pra usar o estacionamento ao lado. Achei seguro.
