One of the best hotels in Amman Jordon. The staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay in their cozy hotel. The location is so convenient. You can go to any where in less than 15 min. Also, they are a lot of coffee shops and restaurant around the hotel where you can spend a good time. Regarding the rooms, they are clean and tidy. The room service is so nice as well. Also, the breakfast is delicious and full of various dishes. I highly recommend Everyone who is willing to visit Amman to book with this hotel. I enjoyed by stay at Kaya. It’s a newly renovated hotel and in a very good location only 6minute drive to Citadel. 10 mins to downtown. The hotel staff are attentive, especially Mohammed at front desk. His attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly elevated the quality of my experience. The beds are comfy to sleep in. Breakfast is a buffet with many options. I would class this hotel as a very good 3 star hotel because I feel there are few things that could make it even better for example in the bathroom there could be a tray with soap, body lotion etc which was missing and having slippers in the room would be nice too. Secondly the bathrooms are a bit tight a little bit more space would have been nice. The duvets feel but worn so could be of better quality. I also used the spa facility. It looks great! I didn’t have the best massage to be honest the masseuse was really nice but seemed inexperienced- I’ve had many better massages at other hotels. But what made up for it is that they gave me a free access to the jacuzzi and steam rooms. If you want to relax here I would defo recommend it. My friend got her nails done and the colour started to chip within a few hours! Appreciate they are new so few little improvements could be made here. I would still go back for the other facilities. Other than this is a good value for money hotel, decent location to get around the city, friendly hotel staff and a nice clean spa.

I originally thought the hotel was okay, but when I saw 63JOD on the reservation form at the front desk, it didn’t feel good when I actually paid 770 RMB. In other words, Ctrip made me a profit of 770-63*10.28=122.36 RMB. I was drunk. The hotel environment is okay for Amman. The upper floors are quiet. The waiters are very polite. However, they only provide the most basic toiletries. For example, shampoo and conditioner are two-in-one and the quality is very poor. A pair of slippers. It's pretty good in Amman. In China, I think it's about the same level as Crystal Orange. The environment is only 300-400 yuan. Of course, the prices here are incomparable with those in China.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, very neat. Staff is wonderful and service is great. Repeating next time. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel. The service is second to none. Felt very honored and respected. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Clean accommodation with very good facilities. There is a sauna available. Spacious room Fruit and snacks are also served for free. The location of the hotel around is not bad and there are not many restaurants. Have to walk a bit out to find a small mall But traveling at Amman can take taxis to various places at a very affordable price.

Abdallah Nemrat & kareem the mixologist are the best at the Roberto’s pub. The did above & beyond to make our night unforgettable. We did had wonderful dinner. Foods was amazing, Service is more than I expected. Kareem did for me the best of clear Negroni, Which is really impressive.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.
