Very nice hotel that has almost everything to offer. Great location, modern facilities, spa area, pool, delicious food and a great program. The staff is also incredibly nice and tries their best. Suitable for vacationers who focus more on spending their vacation in a hotel, as well as for those interested in culture who are looking to be close to the old town.

We stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of May. We found the hotel modern, spacious, and clean. The pool area was spacious with plenty of room between the sun beds. The pool wasn’t heated so it was very cold. When we arrived we were greeted by a rude receptionist who we felt didn’t want to be there, as she never asked us the basic questions, such as how was your travel, welcome to the hotel etc. When we checked out, we were also dealt with by the same receptionist, who again was quite rude, and offered no typical receptionist conversation. We had a late flight, and needed to put our suitcases somewhere safe for the day, so we asked the receptionist, who pointed to an open cupboard across the lobby in which we can use. We asked if this was safe, she replied saying that the door is open, and they can see the door. The rooms were clean and bright, although not a lot of storage, which was fine for 2 people so we found it sufficient, there is also a free safe to use in the room. We did find that the walls were not very sound proof, and could hear the next room opening and closing their curtains, and using the hairdryer. We stayed in a non-pool view room that faced the road, which was no problem, as the road was not busy and quiet. We found that, if we were in a pool view room, it would be quite noisy due to the entertainment just down below, and this was confirmed by other people we spoke to who had them. We also found that our air-conditioning was quite noisy, and rattled, but not sure if this was just ours that had the issue. The food in the restaurant was very repetitive, with most days having pasta, paella, and pork. We found that if you were vegetarian, or fussy with food, this would potentially cause an issue. Breakfasts were good, with fruit, meats, typical breakfast items and fresh omelettes and pancakes/waffles. There was not a lot of difference between lunch and dinner, with them offering very similar items. The desserts we found were inedible with a lot being watery, lacking in taste and look and tasted like defrosted shop bought. Bar snacks were nothing more than poor quality burgers and chips. They did have a small selection of ready made basic sandwiches, salad bowl and fruit also. If you are looking for Spanish cuisine, this hotel will not be for you. When staying 7+ days you get to eat at the A La Carte restaurant for one night for free (You can pay 20 euros if you are not eligible for this, and that’s not including drinks). This was nothing more than the main dinner restaurant food but just plated up for you. The A La Carte Restaurant was cold, lacking in a**osphere, and very awkward. The food served was missing sauces and other items that were on the menu, however, I couldn't ask the waiter regarding this as he was nowhere to be seen while we were eating. I would not bother eating in the A La Carte restaurant, and just stick to the main dinner restaurant. We felt that the A La Carte restaurant space would be better used for a

The hotel is fairly small and adults only. The pool and sunbed area is fab. Spacious and not all crammed in together. There’s a lovely outside bar and an outdoor seating area which we enjoyed most nights though last night when it was cold there wasn’t room inside for everyone as the sides were put down. Someone wrote in a review that the A la carte restaurant is a waste of space and would be better used as a bar. I agree! Tonight we wanted to sit outside but all sides had been put down and we couldn’t even access the bar! However we like the hotel, staff are lovely and friendly, the food is good and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful and do a great job! Our room looks just like the one in the advert. Storage is all open planned like many hotels nowadays but I find it looks too untidy. There’s daily maid service though I had to request sheets to be changed after one week! Entertainment is good on a few nights a week, when they have live singers. If the stage outside was a little larger and covered, the entertainment would be so much better in my opinion. There’s karaoke, bingo and a music night. Trouble is there’s nowhere to go if you want a quieter drink. The hotel has been recently taken over and maybe in time things will evolve and change. I think it’s a great hotel that could, with a few small changes make a big difference.

Arrived on opening day (of the season). Staff were very helpful and polite. Foyer was really clean, airy and modern. Our room was on the 5th floor and was a lovely size. Bed was huge! Absolutely massive. Free safe in room and mini fridge. These little things make a difference. Food was plentiful and varied. Loved the snacks at pool side, and the staff on service did not stop. Cocktails were tasty and AI menu was quite big with lots to choose from. Really impressed with the restaurant, so clean, and so much choice. First time for us at an adult only resort and it was bliss! No screaming kids anywhere. Nice walk from yhe hotel to the beachfront (about 10 mins) and about a 30.min walk to the old town. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here last week for a girls trip. We stayed all inclusive in the standard rooms facing away from the pool. Overall, we had a great stay. Rooms were modern and clean, though as noted already, a couple of minor downsides. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the balconies are separated by white plastic vertical panels, which look/feel a bit cheap. Beds very comfy though and whilst its got no ventilation, the shower room is lovely too. Food was really good - lots of choice on the buffet though i was a bit buffet’d out by the end of the week. Pool bar was good - snacks (including burgers, pizza etc) on in between mealtimes. It is the only bar in the hotel though and so it did get a but busy at times (though nothing major) and it did make the hotel feel quite small. Pool area was clean and lots of sunbeds to choose from with parasols too. Pool is freezing, but it did seem to warm up (slightly!) after a few nice days, so imagine itll be warmer during the summer months. Shoutout to Christian on animation and Alba on the bar. A credit to the hotel, along with most of the staff we met (i just didn’t catch everyones names). On balance, the hotel was great for what we wanted. Its not luxury and we didnt pay luxury prices, but its got a great offering for folks looking for a high quality, chilled, all inclusive break.

First- the negatives. There is only one bar in the hotel so on a couple of occasions there was quite a wait for drinks- nothing too bad, but if it was full it may be more of an issue. Secondly, the electricity in the room- unlike any other hotel in the known universe, you don't put your key card in a slot to let the room know you are there, therefore every 5 minutes, the power goes off unless you are moving within view of the sensor- tricky in the shower and involves a shake of the leg outside of the quilt during the night to keep the AC on and electronics charging. However, everything else was great. The food was plentiful and varied so that each meal and day were different. The snack bar was enough to have for lunch or dinner on its own with chips, burgers, pizza, salads etc - not just bar snacks. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff everywhere making sure the guests were well looked after. Alba on the bar was a ray of sunshine, Christian the one-man entertainment was great and had people involved in everything he was doing. I didn't have any issues with storage in the room- 12 hangers were sufficient for two people with the draws and shelves that were there. Shower was powerful and all in all I would (indeed already have) recommended to others as a great place to base yourself for a week in Alcudia. If your taste in food is more beige than having local food cooked as you wait on a hotplate at the buffet- there's a Burger King round the corner to satisfy your Shirley Valentines husbands wants.

Lovely clean hotel. Corridors good do with a bit of a tidy up but room are clean and spacious, plenty of space for two people. Pool area kept clean and tidy with bar staff collecting glasses throughout the day. Restaurant is lovely, altho food is just the usual all inclusive that you'd expect. Lovely touch of being asked if you would like wine or beer when you sit down, usually this is out of a machine in other places. Staff are extremely polite and happy to help. Indoor spa an extra bonus if there is a rainy day which we did have. A good 10/15 min walk to main alcudia port and 25 min to the old town. Only one staff member for entertainment but he is lovely. Kristian I think his name was. Would return for def Highly recommended
