The sheets are clean but not the bed once you take a peek it's dirty. My partner felt unsafe with the window there's like an open back hallway where people can pass through easily and may enter through our room as the window was not tinted. People can easily break in. We just kept the curtain closed scared of what could happen. The front desk was not 24/7 attended. The guard sleeping too. I read that it's fine for left-stained bed sheets but they're already unclean. We booked online for convenience but when we arrived the staff just made us wait and did not seem aware of online bookings so we had to provide more proof plus they deduct hours for online bookings.

The location is ok…it’s an old hotel with cracked walls…heater doesn’t work well.. no elevator plus lacking of amenities.. just good enough for a night to sleep.

The price is not expensive in the urban area. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than the express hotels of the same price. The service attitude is standardized and it is worth recommending. Although the decoration time is relatively long, there is no peculiar smell. This is an advantage.

Two nights without water for shower or toilet. Excuse on first night was scheduled maintenance. Second night was scheduled maintenance. When I complained, someone turned on the water but is was very slow running. Would not offer refund. Check other reviews as this is ongoing issue. Not worth staying here.

Clean room, very good cable and AC, bed was fine. Only real issue is the water pressure in the shower. Staff is nice and helpful and hotel is close to downtown shopping
