The garden was really beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, enjoyed it each and every day. The room size was great. It was only missing a minibar.

Pictures of the hotel are totally different.
we booked a family room for 3 adults and a child which supposed to be in seperate rooms but they gave us single room.
There was a horrible smell in the room also in the bathroom.
Everything was sooo dirty.
Staff doesnt care about anything.
We will never go this hotel and do not recommend it.

4 kız tatil için gittik. Çalışanlar ve Tuncay Bey çok ilgili ve nazikti. Odalar çok temizdi hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her yere max 10 dakika uzaklıktaydı ulaşım konusunda da hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum, Alaçatı'daki tek adresim burası artık!

Décevant! L’hôtel est plutôt sympa mais le personnel et surtout les propriétaires désagréables. Un service inexistant. On vous fait croire que vos demandes sont pris en compte et RIEN. Avec en plus un air de “cause toujours…”. Nous étions plusieurs et nos 2 chambres (suite et exécutive) avaient des problèmes de portes de salle de bain et donc de toilettes qui ne fermaient pas (bonjour l’intimité). La fenêtre velux de notre chambre n’avait pas de store donc réveillés avec le soleil. Et bien entendu la direction n’a rien fait pour nous satisfaire!!! En conclusion nous avons changé d’hôtel pour la 2eme partie de notre séjour et c’était beaucoup mieux!!
