Great service, try to soeak english and great service mind. The room clean and quiet. I stay at Annex building. Spa very nice not too many people and big.

I was staying there for only one night. I booked two rooms & stayed in one room with my wife consequently, Both rooms were non-smoking rooms but full of stinky bad secondhand smoke odor. We were arranged to stay at the end of the building room next to the rail tracks. it was so noisy all day & night until midnight. It was a nightmare to stay there. I will never book that hotel again.

I chose this place the night before leaving Nagoya. I took my kids to visit the lucky cat and climbed the hill for a while. The local area still maintains the unique cleanliness of Japan. There is a subway station next to the hotel, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the largest AEON shopping mall in Tokoname. The hotel is small but complete. You can call a taxi and arrive within 1 minute. If you go to the airport, the price may be more expensive because of the cooperation with the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, with both Japanese and Western styles. The service is also great! Except that Xiaohe is a little noisy next to the subway, it should be considered a good local inn~

The last stop of this Japan free trip. The hotel is in a good location. The front desk reception is friendly. Because my companion was unwell, we were allowed to check in early after communication. The breakfast was rich, the room facilities were complete, and the sanitary environment was good. Check-out was fast. Tokoname brought me pleasant memories
