Ac not working properly and room is not clean properly. No hot water. , bedsheets are dirty.

Building in under construction lift is not working properly also staff is not cooperative they switched off the ac in midnight and when we call them to switched on they said don’t call us again and again

Hotel is quite old need to renovate. It is located opposite to graveyard (kabristan. Food was ok. Staff was good. Toilet exhaust fan was not working due to which unproper ventilation. Hotel is near to taj mahal.

It is extremely sad to see that smaller property does not tends to work much on cleanliness and condition which is a big nightmare. However property managed to change the room but not as good as expected.

Very old property toilet is not working. The property had ongoing work with noise pollution. The service request to change the room was denied at first.
